Honestly. I dont know why I have to even write this review but I felt so disrespected I had to. The woman on the phone right off the bat had a major attitude with me when I asked her to check to see what my last order was. She told me something wrong listed in her computer. When I tried to correct her on what I actually wanted, she got an attitude and said well thats in the system. I dont care whats in your system. Who does that? Then it just got worst, kept talking over me, then put me on hold to get a manager. So redic. The last time I was in here, they made me wait over an hour, for a pizza that only takes 30 mins. I sat there, and didnt complain or said a word that time. I feel like this place doesnt train their people well and has horrible service. Horrible attitudes and horrible manager, who didnt even seem concerned to even apologize, I even asked him is this how Im supposed to be treated over a 30 dollar pizza? I said why would I want to spend $30 on a pizza from you with this kind of service. Just horrible customer service and I wont be going again.

Overpriced, below average, pizza unpleasant staff. Did they give me Gluten-free pizza by mistake?! A restaurant with pizza on its name should know better than serve a dry, chalk like, biscuit, for pizza dough. Didnt like the SS officer looking manager, pacing around either, who only handed me half of the order and didnt even apologize for geting it wrong when brought to his attention. I guess etiquette, mannerisms and smiles are only served to "cute" girls or men in suits. Blue collar guy? "Forget about it!" I only spend $68 so I guess that didnt meet the threshold for pleasantries. Overhyped place, doesnt meet my standards for good food or service. It gets 2 stars just because its clean.

3 Strikes and your OUT! Terrible service. I tried 3 times, I wanted to love this place but I have been very disappointed. 1st order - I waited 50 minutes and went to pick it up, they had forgotten my order, no apology just "it happens", then another 40 min wait. 2nd order - Messed up my order, didnt get my tots 3rd order - tried placing an order but was told that since they close in 20 minutes they wouldnt make my tots even though it normally takes 10 min. Sadly im done, food was good, parking is impossible if you go around lunch, and service doesnt really give a .... about the customer.

Ordered lunch for my girlfriend and I, was given a wait time of 35-40 minutes. After waiting and going to pick up my order I was informed that the order had been placed in the system but because somebody forgot to change the paper roll for the receipts the order was never started. I was then told that it would be another 30 minutes until it would be ready. Disappointed. Hear good things about places and the workers cant do the simplest things of their job....never again. Oh and fire the employee so it doesnt happen again...just my thoughts not yours.

The pizza tasted pretty good...not the best Chicago style pizza I have had as I have lived in Chicago. It did taste pretty good though up until I got home and me and my husband were sick all through the night we received a lovely side dish of food poisoning to go with the pizza so safe to say I will not be back. I would not recommend this place and would suggest making your own Chicago style pizza or going else where.

Overall, their wraps are good. You do get your moneys worth. However, I went there for the Bu Bus. Basically, swapping the rice for fried potatoes. My first visit was heaven. Bbq chicken Bu Bu. Unfortunately, they ruined and cheapened it by swapping out the original fried potatoes for frickin tater tots! Such a shame, because their original fried potatoes were a masterpiece of flavor, not nuked soggy tots.

Not too many Rio Wraps around anymore, but this is a good one. Ive been going here for years (yikes), and its its always been a good, quick, and fresh lunch. Staff is all really nice and there is plenty of space to sit inside, TVs and WiFi. For some reason, I feel like its healthier than driving through Taco Bell. Just let me believe that.

Great place! its got two different flavors and types of food so its a great place to bring a large group to satisfy everyone. the soft tacos are a great deal and you can get 2 or 3 of them for about 5 or 6 dollars. overall a fun place, id recommend it.

This place is well past its prime. The cleanliness is questionable. The bathroom is a biohazard. The pizza is good but sadly the state of the place and the poor service make me question whether the pizza is made properly to begin with.

Loved the pizza, but kinda disliked how long it took for the food to get to my table (which is understandable, cuz hey, its Chicago style) and it was a bit on the expensive side for pizza. Regardless, would definitely eat there again.

This is a "walk in" style restaurant that is nothing like a sit down style restaurant like the Greek town location. They also dont have beer/alcohol. I felt like I was in the airport waiting to be rushed about.
