We like Cottage Inn Pizza, but this place was horrible. I called and the person that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. He had a heavy accent, so it was hard for me to understand him. I gave him my address 5 times over the phone, and even had him repeat it to me to make sure he got the numbers correct. He hung up on me the first time I called, after he took my order and my address. I had to call back and ask him what my price was and how long it would take for my food to be delivered. He quoted me 30MINS. I live 10 mins away. He then called me 40 mins after I called, and told me that I gave him the wrong address. I told him my address 4 more times, and spelled out the street name. He told me that his GPS sent him to the airport, and that I must not know my address. I then had to give him directions on how to get to my house. When he finally got here 54 mins later, I called the place before I paid and requested a discount because he was 20 mins late. The woman told me that she could not do that but that the next time I ordered from them, they would give me 50% off. This was after she argued with me about the time I was quoted. I ended up paying $15.75, the pizza was cold and looked old, and it tasted horrible. My 1 yr old, who loves crust, threw the crust away after tasting it. This place has horrible service, and horrible food. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Best customer service and experience from the wonderful staff and manager Maria!!! Staying weekly at the knights inn due to losing our home in a fire, the hotel charged our debit card twice at the $312 weekly rate. So our account was in the negative until it can be credited back in 10 days....that money That we were over charged was our living money for the week. I asked the hotel manager if they could get us food and charge it to our room or anything to help us since it was their mistake and we were left with no money and nothing to eat......management told me there was nothing they could do and they arent paying for our food. We have been 2 days without eating now. I called cottage Inn out of desperation because we were extremely hungry. I was completely embarrassed asking if they could possibly help with something for us to eat and explained our situation. Maria was caring and passionate to our situation and without any hesitation at all asked what we would like to eat....I was in tears that she was so nice and considerate and helped us out in our time of need!! Im so grateful and wanted to share my experience with everyone!! Cottage Inn deserves recognition on their great customer service and amazing food!! Im a true believer now that good people still do exist!! Thank you again Cottage Inn!!!!

I called this morning to order a pizza, and an irritated-sounding woman answered the phone. Asked me the typical questions with much haste, and hung up. I called back a couple minutes later to pay with a credit card, and had to ask her for the balance before she hung up again. Only then did she tell me about the extra "delivery fee" of $3.25 I didnt know I was paying. I asked her to cancel the order, and she said it was already in. I explained why, politely, and without warning, she hung up on me!! I called right back, and after about 10 rings, got a nicer sounding gentleman on the phone. Upon asking for a manager, I got the mean lady again! I couldnt believe she was the manager! I asked why she hung up on me, and she said it was due to the price of food. I then asked if they have a corporate office, she said "No, you do what you need to do!" and hung up again. I then google-mapped another store in the same chain, and got that phone number from them. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I really hope people will read this, and see the way they feel about customer service! Worst food experience ever. Im afraid if I order from them even when another shift is in, they might spit in my food. STAY AWAY!!

Every time we order from there, they ALWAYS forget our extras, like dipping sauce, and pop even though they charge us for it. Last time we went there, we decided to pick it up ourselves. One of the delivery drivers pulled up, left his car radio on blaring. We had our 4yo in the car who got to listen to music with never ending swear words and disgusting sexual references. I walked in, and waited a good 5minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there. The lady standing behind the counter, no more the 3ft from me, continued to talk to employees while ignoring me. The lady who was making the pizzas, who was a good 20ft away, finally said something. When the lady directly behind the counter finally looked at me, her eyes were barely open and blood shot. I then asked if the delivery driver could turn his radio down so my daughter didnt have to hear such inappropriate words, and was given an attitude by the counter lady and driver. DO NO GO HERE. Customer service is terrible here. The inside of the store is dirty.

THE worst service ive experienced!! This franchise is giving Cottage Inn a horrible look. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and when it was delivered ALL the toppings were slid off pizza into the box. I called and a lady answered and when I told her the issue she said it was my fault I ordered extra bbq sauce and thats what happens...REALLY?!?! She was extremely rude and when I asked for manager she said she was!!!! She told me she would remake it but I had to give the other one back! This is the worst customer service ever. I told her this is not going to work as my family should not have to wait to eat and she said I am not going to argue with you and hung up on me! She would not give her name nor the owners to me!!! I drove my pizza back to the store and demanded a refund and they did not give it to me so they remade the pizza and I wrote corporate. This store should be shut down!!!!!!! Not only will Cottage Inn lose me but many others due to one TRASHY store!!!

I do love to get a Cottage Inn Pizza when I am in town. My favorite is the pesto primavera. This time I tried a spinach supreme. First off the girl that waited on me was nice. She had no clue about the roll back pricing. She did ask the manager at my request about the roll back pricing. I did get my pizza at the roll back price. The guy who delievered my pizza was a nice older guy. I think he delievered my pizza the last time. I got my pizza and while it was good, the crust was over cooked. It was a thin crust so Im presuming he didnt account for that detail. Being a pizza cook myself once upon a time I know these things. Overall the experience was ok. I was satisfied with the service but the staff needs to be better educated and I would have enjoyed my pizza more if the crust was cooked properly.
