Ive eaten pizza all over this country and didnt expect to love the pizza I found at Donatos its was delicious it was such a pleasure eating this pizza. Im sitting at the table eating and before I realized it the pizza was gone and we were was alone with an empty box. When Im in Ohio Im eating this, no lie. No lie.

Ordered on a Saturday night around 10:30pm (typically busy). Was quoted about an hour wait. Delivery driver showed up at Midnight. He had my order plus 4 others in a bag together. (Seemed like he was the only driver.) The pizza was luke warm and didnt taste fresh. First time ordering delivery from this Donatos.

Great staff! Very friendly and very professional, made a mistake and took care of it no problem. One person has been there 10 years...says a lot. Also I was very impressed with how clean it was in there....other places should go see this store as an example of how to keep a place clean.

Quality of pizza seems to be deteriorating. Pricey, but usually good pizza. You never know if the person is going to be nice or be a psycho. I hate to be harsh, but some of the people are very rude, most of the reason why I dread ordering here even if we crave the pizza.
