I was a good customer for over 10 years & the staff kept chaging & so did the service as well as my pizza today was the last straw! I have had parties order dozens of pizza referred them to other people, but I have received some "nonedible" pizza pies, so when you complain ,they mark you as rude ! Because I spent my $ all these years & you had a employee that jacked up my pie ...its my fault ..the manager told me she was not going to deal with me because I brought back a BURNT PIZZA ! This pizza place has the worst customer service of any pizza place I have ever been to. The pizza tastes good, but youd better not have a problem with it. I ordered a pizza and when I got home, I saw it was burned. I had already changed into my pajamas, so I didnt want to bring it back. The employee offered me a few pizza the next time I called. I called tonight for my free pizza, and they said they had no record of our. The supervisor was rude to me and said that I was rude the last time I came in(because I didnt say hello!) And she said she didnt care if she lost me as a customer! Obviously this young lady has never been taught basic business customer service.

Ive never had a better customer service experience from a pizza place, and Ive been to many across the states. My partner and I are vegan, and not only did Tim (supervisor) and his staff allow us to bring our own veggie cheese, but had a nice selection of toppings and a plant based oil for the crust flavors. They were super accommodating and prompt. Our pizza came up quick and looked amazing. Great taste! Will be back soon.

To the owner - Please hire staff with a slightly higher IQ. I called from my personal phone to order, the attendant thought I was a different guy due to their fauty caller id. I corrected him. 45 mins later it turns out that these people are calling the guy they thought ordered due to the damn caller id. And the supervisor thought that my return call an hour later to ask for my paid for pizza, was a prank call. Superb.

Many times they have gotten my families order wrong. They forget extra sauces when you get delivery. Once i asked them to refund a order and take the food back and they said they couldnt but could only give me a discount on what i actually wanted as opposed to what i got. Done with place forever. Workers are also VERY RUDE!

Worked here for 2+ years and still live the food! I suggest the chicken bacon ranch, or mozzarella bread with an Irish mint shake! The fish and shrimp is battered to order, ribs cooked 7 hours in house, dough made every day! Its a small place, but worth checking out! Plus theres free pizzas for the name of the day!

If you live anywhere in the area and want pizza or even Guernsey ice cream delivered this is you place. Handmade crust and sauce. Awesome stuff. And the ice cream is amazing too. And...free delivery with a $15 purchase. Cant go wrong.

Bad service, took over an hour to get my pizza. Also food was under cooked and the taste sucked. Mc Donalds taste like a five star restaurant compared to this. Dont waste your money on this place.

The ribs are slow cooked for seven hours and they have a killer secret rib rub. Fish and shrimp and hand battered and HUGE. Way more than just pizza! Best pizza around!!
