This location is right by our house. We work late (service industry) and dont get off work until late at night. We live five minutes from this store. That being said, the last several times we have visited this location, going into the lobby to correct our order has not been an option. We ordered on several occasions (and paid for) Naco Bell Grande with extra cheese & received a Nacho Supreme. Neither time was the wrong Nacho the recipient of our extra cheese (that we paid for). Secondly, last night our order, upon receiving, was cold. The bean burritos tastes extremely oniony (like fresh, onion. Very strong.) and the Quesalupa was cold enough that the cheese in the shell layer was not melted. It was not busy last night at the time we visited (one car in front of us at 11:45pm) and the employees were standing at the window, talking. It took us nearly ten minutes to receive our cold food. These are the reasons why we have been going to different locations, further away. Most of the time the employees are nice here, but it literally would have taken her five seconds to let us know itd be a few moments. Unreal.

For some reason my daughter is in love with Taco Bell. I will never go to this location ever again. This location always has some issue. Theyve had everything from no ground beef to not being able to accept credit cards. On top of that the drive thru employee ranted to me very unprofessionally about why their location has issues every time I go there. After which she refused to take my order. No customer cares why your restaurant sucks. Just fix whats wrong. The correct response when your restaurant is not functioning properly or doesnt have a menu item is to apologize. If you hate customer service you should quit and do something else. I will never go to this location ever again. I hope they go out of business. I will drive to a further location to fulfill my daughters craving for crappy fast food from now on.

I work nearby, and the service at this Taco Bell has severely gone down hill. The last time I was there (about 2 weeks ago) there was no line, and I waited at the counter for 7 minutes for an associate finally come over to take my order. Other times Ive eaten there, theyve messed up my order several times. The cashiers just dont seem to care about getting things done right. The last time they messed my order up, I got free cinnamon twists. Id rather have my 10 minutes (waiting for them to get it right) back. This restaurant needs new management. Ill take my cash elsewhere for now.

Messed up my entire order. Also good was ice cold, cheese wasnt melted on my Mexican pizza. It tasted awful. I called was promise a full refund. When I actually arrive approximately 10mins later they all of a sudden had a memory problem. Only would give me a partial refund because part of my order was for somebody else and it was only a stupid seven layer burrito so I guess saving them $2.59 was really important to them instead of giving great customer service. Night manager was rude. Ill never go back to this location

Usually a good experience however the employee who took my order cut me off as i was talking became irritated when i continued my order, and when i got home i found they messed up my order and smashed my burrito (not the one I ordered) and gave me mild when I asked for fire sauce. Terrible experience. Will never go to this location again and am fairly certain this incident was on purpose. My receipt is correct, but I was given the wrong food and ultimately they stole $2 from me this time due to the mistake.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had getting fast food..Not only was I sitting there for 20 min to only be told they dont have what I ordered after Ive waited. They seemed to be out of everything and the workers didnt even apologize once nor could they care less. They didnt even have hot sauce!!!.. Meanwhile the girl at the window is dancing like a stripper not trying to fix the problem.What a joke and they want 15$ per hr..!!! never ever going back again

Okay First off, i went to go order a quesadilla but instead of chicken i wanted to substitute it for the seasoned beef... i know it was possible because i ordered it from a different location. Also, my mom likes to substitute the mexican pizza for chicken. This place is so messed up and the lady lakiesha or what ever doesnt even put a order right. I went their on my birthday and my order was messed up, it was the same lady too. Smh.

This location is awful. Every time we order tacos.after 1am their computers are always down or they are out of meat. How does taco bell run out of eat and advertise to be open til 3 am? The lady at the other location on University even told us they were lying to us. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Im pretty sure the owner wouldnt be happy his employees are refusing to make sales while they are working on his dollar.

Miranda in drive thru is incredibly RUDE! I went through the drive thru today, and she didnt even say hi when she opened the window to take my money, then the silence continued when she handed me my drink and good, with an expression saying shed rather be anywhere than work.

Used to be the goat tbell when I was in HS. came back yesterday and night crew was garbage. Friends order took 20 min for $2 order and they said order and handed it to him and said nothing. They dont know how to talk to customers. A shame.

Dont use the online ordering option at this location. Twice Ive ordered and paid online only for the restaurant to tell me they never got the order. Still charged me for it. Eventually got the money back, but it was weeks later.

Close Early: pulled up at the drive through at 3:24am and was told they were closed. Id think a customer should be able to get food between the hrs posted but I wasnt about to argue and have my food possibly spit in.
