I called in a carry out order... in a snow storm... on Super Bowl Sunday.. uphill.. both ways.. for an order that weve made several times in the past. I explicitly stated my wife is vegetarian and asked for marinara lasagna... which as I mentiined weve ordered several times in the past inside and carry out. The lasagna came with meat this time. I called the restaurant and was transfered to the manager (Ashley) who stated that the dish now comes pre-made with meat only and will always have some amount of meat regardless of any customer requests. Youd think that would have been mentioned when I placed the order and EXPLICITLY asked for vegetarian.. or perhaps call back me at the number you ask for at the time of order ? They were unwilling to make it right. Clearly its worth it to them to lose future business rather than apologize. In the grand scheme of things its just a meal but the fact that I went through crap weather on superbowl Sunday to a relatively empty restaurant and explicitly stated our request and was met with no warning that the menu changed and then be blown off when it was brought to their attention. Ha. Caveat emptor. One less fish in the Darden revenue stream.

Edit to add: I reported this individual to both the manager and corporate office. I spoke with the manager and was compensated for having to deal with that employee. We did decide to go eat there and our server (Jacob) was an awesome guy! Olive garden, you need more people like Jacob in your restraunts! Called to make a reservation and was told they refuse to take them for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I then asked if they had any other way to accommodate a large party. This young, rude kid named Aaron began talking about other options (like sending someone up there an hour before.. which I wasnt going to do anyways) and then when I asked a question this child replied with "if you would just be quite and let me finish talking". I then requested to speak to a manager.. clearly I was getting anywhere with this kid and he proceeds to put me on hold and just leave me on hold for an extended period of time. I highly believe that he just put me on hold and never even went to get the manager. HORRIBLE customer service!!

Olive Garden may have a bad reputation for being cheap "Italian" food but Ive still yet to have an experience that wasnt mostly positive, and this one was no exception. The staff here during my visit was overwhelmingly helpful and courteous, and the food was surprisingly good. The only real reason I have to knock this restaurant is their tendency to push wine upon you the moment you sit down (not that theres anything wrong with wine, but if I want some, Ill ask), along with these new kiosks at the tables that allow you to play mobile games at the dinner table. Nothing against mobile games, but having this screen at the table thats always on and egging you to pay a few bucks to play some games or start a trivia session... well its distracting and seems kind of absurd. I will say, however, that being able to use this little screen to pay via credit card and have your receipt printed off without having to wait or leave the table is wonderfully convenient, so its not all bad.

First off my server Kayla was great and one of the few good experiences of the meal. She informed us that the kitchen had just told her they were out of all soup EXCEPT for the fagioli and that was fine because that is what we wanted but when we ordered it we were told thats the only soup they didnt have. I got the chicken margherita and it was good but a bit on the cold side my woman got the asiago tortellini with parmesan crusted chicken... This is where we had issues. It was no more than a grilled piece of chicken with a couple of bread crumbs sprinkled on top. It had no flavor, and was not even given any salt ot pepper. I wont be going back to this location any time soon.

Went with my wife and kids and had a terrible experience with the waitress. As soon as we arrived the waitress asked us for our drink order, since we just arrived we asked for more time. As soon as we did this it went downhill. The waitress came 5 minutes later and took out order. Didnt come back for any refills of our drinks. We only saw her again once our food arrived. I had to start searching for another waitress or waiter when I wanted to pay the bill. She didnt even provide us with the customary chocolate mints. However she had spent time with other tables and brought mints. Wont be coming back here again

Ordered takeout on a Saturday evening to avoid the long wait inside. Me and my gf got less than half the amount of food we would have gotten if we had gotten a table. For two very very small meals and an appetizer, it was $55 for takeout. On top of that both our meals had the sides and everything all mixed together to make takeout boxes filled with mush (we checked right after we left so it wasnt like the car ride had anything to do with it). The service was really good but the food and price killed it. Im not picky when it comes to food but holy crap, wont be coming back.

It was average. Average tasting chicken Alfredo, average service. Not saying our server was awful, but she did noticeably give better service to the crowding of occupied tables around us; including offering wine samples, and small talking with other tables when she did not to the same to us. That is okay though, we came at 9o clock at night, didnt expect the place to be up to its best standard.

Noelle was a horrible server. She had a very nasty attitude, was very sarcastic and inattentive. Krystal, whos one of the dining room managers was very kind, caring and understanding. I would recommend this place only because of Kystal. She is an asset to the team. I hope she can help spread customer service knowledge to poor servers like Noelle.

Nothing great about this place. We got there 5 minutes after opening, and the staff were very unprepared. The service was slow and the waitress didnt seem to want to be there at all. Spencer was great. As we were leaving, he offered a bag to carry the left overs. Our waitress was no where to be seen.

Something happened to our bill when we went there on Veteran day. The manger was very nice and kind he gave us a free meal!! We was so shocked and grateful for that and we will be back to give them more of our business in the future! Thank You for al your great services!!

Came here two weeks ago and I thought they had changed the chicken Alfredo recipe because it looked and tasted different. My cousins meal wasnt very good either. I went the other day to a different location.. They didnt change the recipe and I got a lot more food too.

Horrible!! My family and I decide to have our valentines dinner in this place, worse decision ever! We wait for 50 min for a table then have to wait 1 hour for our food, went they bring the food all the food was cold! And nasty $209.00 wasted! Never again
