I ordered a steak quesarrito and they gave me beef when I clearly said steak. When I asked for sauce they gave me like 10 sauce packets in their bare hands with no bag or anything if I tried to grab for it would have fallen onto the ground between the car and the drive thru window. I also ordered a loaded griller with that and they forgot to put that on the order. I told them to put napkins in my bag and they didnt give me any napkins. I also didnt have any straws with my drink. The person who took my order at the drive through speaker was nice but when I got to the window to get my food that guy I didnt say a word to me. Other than that the food was good when they get it right when I order something last time I ordered a taco 12 pack and had half of it without lettuce and tomato but they just had every taco is the same with the lettuce and tomato. I also had to order three soft tacos with no cheese because my cousin had a dairy allergy and they still put the cheese on it even when I told the guy that he has a dairy allergy so he had to be taken to the ER. When you work in the food industry you need to keep your ears open for that kind of stuff. I just have to say that the people that work there deserve to work there because they wouldnt be able to function in any other job.

I asked for 3 beef quesaritos, full normal sizes. They gave me minis, (thankfully didnt change are me for normal sized ones). When I called the store, to my surprise the cashier, Kimberly, was also the store night shift manager. When I told her about my problem she claimed that "It is protocol" when in fact I know it is not protocol. She then started to say come down here return the food items and we will get you the right thing you wanted. When I last checked Taco Bell can not take back food items after the customer left. She then wanted to change me for the mistake they made. I drove 15 minutes there and back to get food for my girlfriend that just got out of work at a nursing home. I work in retail, and I would never in all of my life be that rude to a customer. This is the 5th time that they have messed up my food orders and I am beyond upset. I will be contacting the store manager tomorrow morning and making a complaint about how terrible my visit was just a few moments ago.

Terrible drive though service. I have had 2 orders messed up here in the last week, its 2 miles from my house nice and easy to get to... On both of the orders that had a mistake on them I wasnt given a receipt, asked for it the second time and was told they were out of paper. Anyway, Get the order Im short 2 soft tacos...go inside and Im told they cant do anything without a receipt even with the guy that just served me standing 5 feet away. What kind of joke is this? Call up there and inform the manager SARAH of whats going on and I get a simple short response of "....Ok" followed by a long silence until I decided to chime in. Terrible service every time I encounter this place. Anyway Hope you enjoy, keep away frommanagement here doubt sarah will do anything to help you either

Hate the service here. Consistently bad. Walk in past a girl cleaning and stand at the counter for two minutes. Nobody in the kitchen even looks at me. Then she wanders on over and takes my order. Has a really bad cough. She and the next customer were talking about really bad cough. Forgets my cup of water. No napkins in the bag (there never are, you have to get up and look for them) The service is always always bad (PS go home if youre sick)

Closes earlier than promised, but leaves sign lit. I just sat at the sign for 3 or 4 minutes and finally left at 1:43. This is the fourth or fifth time time this store has been closed within its published business hours. They need to either get new late night staff who dont close early or post honest hours. There are very few places still open for food when I get out of work. This lack of honesty makes it a lot worse.

Horrible experience at this Taco Bell. After working 16 hours I stopped at Taco Bell after work. Once I got home all the tacos were cold to the touch and just caked with lettuce. Barley any cheese and little to no meat at all. Basically a shell full of lettuce. I am very very very upset at this. I wasted $9 on food that I had to toss out. I would really like to talk to management and be reimbursement for my food.

The delivery truck was there and the drive thru and way to get out was blocked. People were mad. Some were taking it out on the cashier. He never get nasty at any of them but tried to explain the situation to them in a good manner the best he could. The roads around Taco Bell could be larger so no flack would fall on the delivery driver or Taco Bell employees.

Food is typical Taco Bell. Yummy. Staff is friendly. However, we order for 5 people and we usually have a problem with our order. Lettuce where we requested no lettuce, forgotten items... Little things, but 9 times out of 10... I will say that the staff is always willing to correct the issue.

Cold food, always different people working.. Fought three road work to get there for my daughter. Only to get a glob of cold beans and sogginess on a cold tortilla ( burrito supreme) Then try to call but no surprise the lines off hook:(( No raises for you guys!! Never go back again

I dont know if the guy taking orders just got hired, or if he is handicapped, but I had to ask for a beef supreme chalupa 5 times, and he messed my order up 4 more. Got to the window and the guy asks "sorry sir, but you had the gorde...." I had to leave. Kfc it is

Slow service and the owner dont care about the workers. Or health regulations. The establishment tile floor were in poor condition and the grout fell apart thought the store. Water would get into the holes in the floors and formed mold. Hope they fixed that

Taco Bell used to be the same all over, not anymore. This one has great food and service compared to most. Cashier was a little slow determining change, somehow gave me too much (I corrected it). Reasonable standard interior. Recommend.

Last two times i have been there i order assorted tacos and 2 empandas Both times i got hime and empandas were not put in my bag and i paid for them... Not planning on going back to this location ever again

Rolled up at 1am to order tacos and they said they were having computer issues; two nights in a row Got stabbed by a homeless man in the lobby and they offered me napkins, napkins bro

Drive thru is so slow. This seems to be a problem at several though. (Baldwin store by Great Lakes Crossing and the one by Walton blvd/Dixie are both really slow as well)
