Horrible, horrible, horrible. Took my kids inside to eat and play on a hot day.... there were 3 people who had been waiting over 20 minutes for food. Our food took 30 MINUTES- 30 MINUTES for one chicken sandwich and two kids meals!! When we finally DID get the food, it was ice cold and not a single apology from ANYONE in regards to the horrible food/service. But thats not the worst of it.... the play area was the most disgusting public space Ive ever been in. Words cannot even describe the filth... crumbs, hand prints everywhere. It looked like the place hadnt been swept- let alone properly cleaned- in MONTHS! I felt sticky when we left. Now I remember why we never come here.

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru at 4:30pm. Ordered two milkshakes and a kids meal with apple juice. Waited another 5 minutes to get my order. Was handed a coke instead of apple juice, but was so annoyed with all the waiting I just left. Got to my destination only to find out that I had no straws for the shakes or the unordered coke. Im going to have to be desperate to try and order from here again.

I went through the drive thru window at around 11:00 pm. I was the only customer that they had and I ordered a Jr. Whopper, 4 piece chicken nugget, and an order of onion rings. I was asked to pull up because they were making my chicken nuggets fresh. When I got home , everything was fine except my burnt onions rings? they took time to cook my chicken nuggets fresh but served me burnt onion ring?

Stopped in a couple times in the last couple weeks. First time the food was cold and stale. Figured maybe they were having an off day. Well I stopped in again yesterday. This time they actually had me park, figured thats fine at least the food will be hot. It was cold to the touch. The eggs were hot, but the croissant, meat and hash browns were all cold and stale.

I have had three bad encounters here (with staff). I made an order based off the menu, was rudely "corrected", when I informed them the menu numbers were off they didnt acknowledge their mistake. Food Hass been cold several times I have visited. Now I no longer go there

Service is horrible. Food order was incorrect. Plenty of zesty sauce, but no onion rings. Overcharged on order by over 30%. Loudspeaker at drive-thru order is obnoxiously loud. Hello Wendys.

Sservice is not that friendly. Building needs to be updated and this location is always short staffed and is always late opening. Here it is 7:45am on sunday and still not open
