Everyone needs to know how this restaurant treats its employees. Employees are not given an actual shift to work, only a time to show up and to keep working non stop until told they can leave. I literally mean non stop. This location does not give ANY of its employees the legally required 30 minute rest or meal break after working 6 hours. Shifts can be as long as 10 to 12 hours, and if you complain at all about any condition the management will make you drive all the way into work and start work then cut you to go home after 2 hours. That does not even pay for the gas to get to work. Kitchen employees are required to work their entire shift with no meal, food or snacks, no access to drinking water despite 100 plus degree kitchen. I was eating there once and overheard what I assume was a shift manager saying an cook had passed out in the kitchen but should have drank more water before he came to work and to send him home when he regains consciousness. I know this because I have a medical background and when I paid my check and left shortly after I was driving out and noticed a male employee sitting leaning against the side wall obviously not feeling well and I stopped and asked him if he was okay. And he told me all this and more. And when I say no bathroom breaks, I MEAN it! While getting take out in the evening (I usually order take out which is picked up at the side door around 5 to 6pm) I have seen several male kitchen workers leave at the end of their shift through the side or back door with wet pants because they were forced to stay on the line cooking YOUR food and refused to be allowed to use the bathroom and had to wet their pants while they cook YOUR food!!!! They are required to wear black pants, but many shades of black pants clearly show that the employee has wet his pants. Have seen this happen to several male kitchen cooking staff. This restaurant treats its kitchen staff like slave laborers. The first couple times I saw a cook leave for the day with wet pants I thought it was just an accident or funny. But now I have seen it several times, and combined with what I heard about and from the kitchen worker who passed out from being denied hydration, I will no longer go to this restaurant. THIS RESTAURANT IS UNSAFE ON ANY SHIFT!!!

I have been a patron to BWW in south Portland for several years and in the last year they have gone severely down hill. I had three services in a row that was absolutely despicable. 1st time they seated me and my fiancé promptly on a slow afternoon and we waited over 20 minutes and never had any service. They seated someone right behind us and got their drink orders within a few minutes of them being seated and then took their order. As this was all transpiring there were 4 servers standing at the computer station that was located right next to our table the whole time and no one even recognized that we werent being served. 2nd time there was a small group of 6 of us that went and they messed up our orders. One of the people at my table was never served her meal and was told they didnt make it by mistake and offered her an app to hold her over until her meal came. She said yeah ill take a small fry. The fry order came after her meal (which came after the whole table had eaten) then when the bill came they charged her for the fry!! 3rd time me and my fiancé had a horrible waiter that got my fiancés order wrong (she ordered a game day sampler and only 1 of the 4 items was what she asked for) the worst part is the waitress never came back until I had finished my meal and never asked how everything was or even offered to get me another beer (My beer was 90% gone when the food arrived). I finally complained on the BWW website and was offered a free meal by the manager Brian. We went in and ate and the service was great (hopefully the next time we go will be as good). Brian did not serve me and my fiancé it was another manager that was there that day. I havent been back since but I rated them a 2 out of 5 solely because of the hospitality of the managers that gave me and my fiancé a free meal. The service needs to improve or we will not be back. COME ON BUFFALOW WILD WINGS! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

If the option for 0 stars was given I would have put none. Unfortunately my family had the worst experience here and it was not resolved. The service, to start, was not good at all. Our waitress didnt tend to us until after 25 minutes of looking over at our table. The drinks were mixed up and the food was horrid. The wings were soggy even after asking to have them extra crispy, the wedges were falling apart like they have been sitting there longer than they should have been. To top it off the manager went to all the tables around ours and asked how everyones meal was and did not once come to ours. I dont know of it was because my family is interracial or because they could see the looks on our faces of disgust and didnt want to deal with it, but needless to say we didnt leave on a happy note and therefore will never be going back to such establishment

We stopped in at my sons request to celebrate his bday. It WAS his favorite place to eat out. My husband hates it, but we let our son pick. He tried to order a burger Medium, but was told they dont do anything less than med-well, no pink whatsoever (which is actually called well done). We asked if they ever make an exception. Never - Its a corporate rule & no way around it. The reason is that they dont have a disclaimer in the menu about undercooked meat. (Seriously?! So print some labels with a disclaimer & stick them on the menus.) We would have signed a waiver. No exceptions, not even for the bday boy. The waitress was quick to ask us if we wanted our check...twice. So, we have no reason to go back bc he cant get the only meal he wanted there. :/ Oh well, plenty of other restaurants that will cook a burger the way you like it.

0 stars. I have had terrible after terrible experiences at this place and honestly dont know why i went back. Never will. My boyfriend and i went in for dessert and not only were they out of cake and icecream.. but we got food poisoning!! 3 days of vomit and sitting in the bathroom. Once i had to switch a order to take out once my friend started having an allergic reaction, and it took them FOREVER to bring it out. We had medium wings and they had given us a snack size of comepletely black charred wings the size of nickles, with sauce on them. Called and got a 20$ credit which they couldnt find when i tried to use it the next time. Slow service, Ive walked out of there twice without a waiter even approaching our table for waters. Undescribably loud place

I ordered a cheeseburger medium. The bartender told me they didnt cook medium. I asked are they only "well done"? She said they are cooked through as if thats different. I ordered it anyway and it was beyond well done and dry as bone. I couldnt have eaten it if I hadnt asked for some mayo on the side. BWW, you cant charge 10 to 13 bucks for a cheeseburger and a handful of fries and not let folks have it the way they want. I expect this from a $4 burger at McDonalds. Not for what you are charging. Get better cooks if they cant cook a burger to order. I wont be ordering another one until I hear the policy has changed. What kind of sports bar cant cook a burger medium? Turn in your "man card" BWW.
