The atmosphere is non existent. The walls have nothing on them and are a beige color. The waiter was horrible- completely inattentive and did not care about anything. I asked for a refill and had to wait 20 minutes and never received a second one. My meal had mushrooms in it but it never stated it on the menu. He never offered to replace and correct the meal. The prices charged were higher than what was listed on the menu. I got the feeling that he was expecting a good tip regardless of service. We were only 1 of 5 tables in the 2 hours we were there. The food was plentiful. The brought out a half loaf of bread with some delicious dipping sauce. The bread was fresh. The chicken gorgonzola was very good except for the unwanted and unannounced mushrooms. The chicken piccata was good. The portions were large. Food 3.5 stars. The prices are in the high side. Since i wrote this review, I AM TOLD THE THE PLACE IS NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP SO I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO TRY AGAIN TO SEE IF THERE SERVICE/FOOD AND DECOR HAS IMPROVED.

We went Thursday which is $5 any burger night but it is actually $7.99 because you must buy a drink which was confusing at the end but FOOD WAS FANTASTIC so it is worth $7.99all day. The mozzarella sticks are soooo good,the pastrami best I e had in worcester and the coleslaw was OFF THE HOOK and I dont really care for slaw. Wait staff was great and the owner works hard along with staff. We met him and he is a very kind gentle soul who really appreciates his customers. They have deals mon-thursday like 50%off pizza night and I think 1/2 off chicken parm night. Fri nights is comedy night and sat paint nights. Loved loved this new place and will be back with friends ;)

Great comedy show tonight but horrible service. Waitress came by once to ask for a drink order and then it took us 45 min to flag her down for a meal that she never even packed up the leftovers for. And then we accidentally spilt anot her customers drink so we offered to pay for it and she charged us for both the drink we spilled along with his new drink, and charged the other man for his fresh drink too. I will never go back!

Ive been here 2x under 2 different owners and the food was delicious both times! My friend and I met the new owner there recently and she was extremely friendly as was the new GM. The buffalo chicken calzone was so good, definitely a must try and very reasonably priced!!!

I had my wedding ceremony/reception here. It was great. I actually came to then a week before the Christmas holidays and they accommodated me with everything. They set up the place the way I wanted. The food and the staff was great. It made my day very special.

Had San Pellegrino and love when restaurants carry this! Mostly had appetizers as we attended a Paint Nite event. It was great that they have a room upstairs for that and the service was quick so that we could paint on time. Good food and friendly wait staff.

$5 burgers on Thursday!! best deal!! Brandon is a great server i recommend him! five star service! i think the only thing we asked him for was what we wanted to eat and drink! Brandon is quick, polite, and knows what customers need!
