Flim Flam
This is not my experience, but Ive heard stories. The 1st friend said the food was OK, but the service was so horrendous that it made the experience terrible. Everything took a ridiculous amount of time, from ordering drinks, ordering food & receiving the food. She will not be going back. The second is my in-laws. A prominent Massachusetts company took my in-laws to dinner, because they own another prominent Massachusetts company. They said the food was flavorless and dessert took so long to get, they actually decided to leave, instead of waiting. This was a larger function with many people. They should contemplate retraining the wait staff as well as hiring a new head chef, who uses salt & pepper.

This is "The Manor" with a facelift. Same awesome staff, great food and extensive menu. The restaurant did a complete overhaul - new floors, new tables, new bar areas new seats and lots of tvs. Very nice. I had a Mediterranean chicken - with roasted potatoes and green beans. The chicken was very moist. The spinach was abundant but slightly dry. The cream sauce was yummy. Service was great as always. No complaints here. The manor will now be the banquets facilities. Fine my be as long as the food is great, service is good and the price is right.
