Had a group of 16. I arrived got there was told 10 minutes to get the table so my group was arriving in 10 min ( I saw the table was ready though thru my experience) then groups of people started coming in. They started seating people which was fine. Then this large group came in. They asked to be seated. Our table was almost ready ...earlier than 10 min specified. These rude leaders told the hostess they were there first ...and clearly that was not the case. They should of waited. But uno sat that group over us. Yes, I went up to the table once all were seated very clearly and calmly told the woman( who told the hostess she was there first) that she was rude and manipulative. we were on a time schedule and she had no right to get in front of us. She showed poor sportsmanship and walked away. No fighting no argument but she sure as hell needed to know her behavior was inappropriate. she needed to know that her smug self was wrong. But The manager this spinless inappropriate human asked me to leave ....mind you once i told my group of this we were planning a different spot. The hostess was toally incapable of doing her job. The manager was worse. Shameful these two have jobs as service individuals. The customer is always right you take customers in a kind orderly fashion no processed food is worth such ignorance. If uno cannot handle large sums of people then they should not be located in a busy district. I would never recommend uno again. "Its not their policy to seat large groups with out the whole group present." Sad very sad

I ordered a pickup of their Classic deal dish pizza deal, but one, second for $5. I usually go to Westborough Unos. When I got home, the pizzas seemed like a shunken semblance of Unos deep dish with very little of the paid toppings. I dont think the dough rose enough and the cheese was different. I had a beer in the bar while waiting and remarked to the bartender that the draft beer options were different than the Westborough restaurant. She said that is because this Unos is a franchise restaurant. Thus, the problem! Consistency and quality has to be a staple in any chain restaurant. I would give a place some leeway of it was busy, however, I was the 2nd person in the place. Next time, I will stick with Westborough.

I love Uno. Another example of how bad service can kill a visit and turn 5 stars into 3. If you have lots of time, this is a great location. Its attached to the Hilton right next door. Parking across the street in the garage is validated.

Provided excellent service to a large crowd with ease. Always attentive with water and asking if we were all set. No complaints with the food or drink, if youve been to an Unos before you will likely know what you are getting.

The chopped power salad did not contain the listed chicken. I was unable to have the almonds on the side due to a nut mix. The salad was very tasty and large. The kitchen was slow and the waitress was rude and inattentive.

Terrible service. I was ordering ahead of a customer who had left to take a phone call. This customer came back half way through my order still on the phone and the host cut me off. She said she would help me afterward.

It was quiet and service was good. The kids got to take soda home so were happy. Bathroom only has an air dryer while paper towel are preferable as they are more sanitary.
