Burrito night it is! Love your AMexican food fast, cheap, & flavorful? Well, El Fuegos in SOCO delivers. Maybe not litterily to your doorstep, but to your lips... Great selection of burritos, tacos, & other affair. Youll find vegetarian selections, as well as, ultra meat lover options. My favorites include the fish burrito & the big kahuna of them all "The Winnebago". Built to please, The Winnebago is the size of a childs calf & packed with no less than three types of carnivorous persuasions. Do yourself a favor & be a gluten at least once in your life & go all the way with The Winnebago. Dont forget Taco Tuesday & the fact that most menu items include a heaping of chips & homemade salsa. You wont find authentic Mexican tastes here or a fine dining extravaganza, but you can get your fill when only Mexican American flavor is what you crave. My family and I have been going to this establishment since they were in Narragansett. The food is Tex-Mex style with plenty of portions and flavorful creations. Im a big fan of the Buffalo Quesadilla and of their fairly-recent addition of Nachos. They often run promotions such as their Taco Tuesday, they offer fair prices already but drop the price of tacos on Tuesday! I like their healthier option of turkey for the tacos, just as juicy as beef. Ive always had prompt service and my orders are always correct. Id definitely suggest for a nice lunch or a dinner with some friends.

My opinion on the two El Fuego locations has shifted a bit. At first, I was really disappointed to discover that they served only really simple, Tex-Mex tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Theres not flair, no unique flavors, no extra touches. Just simple, somewhat bland, meats, fillings, and toppings. However, theyre priced right, theyre independent, theyre quick, and theyre friendly and thats a lot better than most places. Ill be back for future Veggie Burritos. Also, college student oriented.

After moving to Rhode Island a few weeks ago for graduate school from California, I have been looking for good Mexican food. This place isnt the place. The food is okay, but bland. The people are nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. This is not a "Mexican grill", but the burritos are okay and cheap. If you are looking for decent and cheap burritos and tacos then this place will do. If you are looking for anything the resembles Mexican type food you are better off looking somewhere else.

as an illegal immigrant from mexico I know a good burrito when I see one, these are the best burritos in the North-East region. Hands down. They are muy caliente y muy atrevido. I suggest to get the El Rico and get some Guac in that Burrito. Aburrido in my language is Boring, but this Burrito is anything but boring

My wife and I gave this place a try and were very disappointed with the burritos. They were slimy, flavorless and had very little of the toppings advertised as included in the burritos. I will not order another burrito from this place, but might try a fish taco to see if they do a better job.

Growing up in So. California has had a huge impact on what I expect from Mexican food El Fuego was nothing but a disappointment. It was not for me and over-priced for what you got. Would not recomend, the young lady at the counter was rude and food was tasteless.

FOOD POISONING !!!! Chicken was dry like it had been sitting out for awhile. Chips were stale. The salsa tasted old. Was very sick after eating at this place. The restaurant was not clean as well. Do not go!!!!

Honestly this little college town type burrito shop should get a 4 star, but its BYOB and that automatically bumps it up to 5 star..! Nice laid back atmosphere, healthy food, good vibe, did I mention BYOB..?

Decent place, friendly staff. Salsa has very little flavor, almost like pasta sauce. Authentic tacos while good, werent authentic. Pork taste more like bbq and steak was tender but had little flavor.

I work at the Hospital and we occasionally order from here. Best Burritos I have ever had! I get the Ranchero, its huge! Prices are great, food is phenomenal. Chips and Salsa are great as well.
