Came in at 8pm on the dot. Completely dead. Asked for a root beer but she was unsure if they had root beer and said that sometimes they grab bottles of it from the store.. this threw me off but its whatever. Caesar salad came, I thought it would have nice chunks of shaved parmesan, nope just grated. Which I specifically asked if it was shaved.. and looked like it came out of a bag.. maybe from the grocery store thats right next to it? We got the American sliders as well, they were cold.. they had a pathetic 2 pieces of spinach on them, not lettuce and for $10 only 2 sliders doesnt seem worth it to me... buffalo medallions were cold as well but did have great flavor. Lastly... the French onion soup.. HOW CAN YOU MESS UP FRENCH ONION SOUP!!!! It tasted like straight chicken broth and I cant even describe the cheese. After working all day and just wanting to go out to a nice dinner and you walk into this hot (really cold) mess is so disappointing. I give one star, &a thats only because of our waitress (Lisa) who was very nice and accommodating. I also think she knew the food was bogus.. so thank you Lisa for the hospitality but this restaurant is absolutely terrible.

Dated decor, circa 1982, food was awful. Expensive. Not worth the cost. Bertucci s is better. Thats saying something. Seafood bisque was too salty, no bread, ( at an Italian restaurant? )popcorn comes in a coffee filter, lobster ravioli was NOT made in house, lobster was chewy, lasagna needed seasoning, chunks of unsweated garlic in the sauce, tired, old, Olive Garden type Italian food. If you like eating at a chain restaurant, youll love this place. If youve been to Italy, youll be insulted they call this place Italian.

Not bad. Slow Wednesday night yet service was still pretty slow. Sat at the bar. Not really sure where the bartender kept disappearing to but definitely spent more time elsewhere than paying attention to customers. Had the tuna ceviche and the eggplant salad. Ceviche was a miss. I love good ceviche. This was not that. The eggplant salad was much better. All in all if this place was in my way and I was really hungry like tonight Id go back. But I definitely wouldnt seek it out.

Decor was excellent - very inviting. We sat at the bar and watched the bartender put on lipstick, but not come over to ask us what wed like to drink. The man next to us asked if wed like him to try to get the bartenders attention for us. We both felt the black pepper in the chicken dish was too heavy-handed. May give it another try - not sure wed be excited to go back.

We were there for happy hour. Apps were average. Beer selection was average. Staff was friendly and did a good job. They had the most appealing beer on the menu, BUT were actually waiting on the keg with no solid ETA. A bit disappointing. Maybe general menu is better...

This place has so much potential and I always give it another chance. The food isnt well balanced, its always empty, and the decor is extremely dated. What I thought would be a light refreshing meal turned out to be a grease bomb and made me sick.

Quattro is a nice option for after work drinks and apps. Nice outdoor seating area for summer as well. Great the first couple times but the menu does get tired as they do not offer too much variety seasonally.

The chef doesnt seem to have a clue about flavor profiles and what might go well together. Mishmash of stuff on the plate that didnt work for me. Would give it another try if they redid their menu.

Lived nearby for 3 years and have never been until yesterday! Shame on me!! Ordered off the tapas menu. Yummy food and a nice atmosphere!! We will definitely go back!!!
