Stopped by at about 4:30pm on a Friday. The staff gave more priority to drive-through customers. So the counter had zero staff for quite awhile. We couldve left, but we were actually curious to see if someone would notice if we were even there. It isnt always like this, but we were hoping not to wait 20 minutes in a fast food place. The other times were better but not sterling. So will consider before stopping by again.

Service is erratic. Sometimes meh, sometimes exceptional. Dining room is very inviting. Booths, counter-height tables, sofa chairs, big screen TVs that mostly show local news and free Wi-Fi. And my favorite feature is the upscale soda fountain where you can add flavors (vanilla, cherry, lime, raspberry) to your drink.

I ordered food at the drive through and didnt get my nuggets. It is not the first time that has happened to me. Everytime I go to this place and forget to check the bag, theres always something missing. They need to be more carefull about the orders.

Ordered coffee xtra xtra light. 2 times we were given black coffee. Told xtra light coffee is half coffee, half water. Funny I never heard that one before . Been drinking coffee for 50 + years

I just purchased a bacon chicken salad and the chicken was raw actually raw, full in cooked chicken I tried to call the restaurant and no one picks up this is the worst service ever. Horrible
