its definetley better now then when i was last here its almost all completely new ( except the parking/ drive through that is still the same) the service has somewhat improved but i love the new interior has a TV and i think a Play Area? in the back hard to tell but looks like one right on the 95 Bus Line to Sullivan / West Medford and its the ONLY fast food option left the Mcdonalds in the Meadow Glen Mall closed a few years ago so its basically all you got if you want a Burger ( dont even bother trying OCB they dont have it but strangely have fries all the time? when they "advertise" "burgers" on their menu") its just off 93 so downtown is about no more than 10 mins ( this is BEFORE rush hour though then forget it) overall its not bad not good or terrible but does the job the only 1 in the area for the next few miles.

This is the place my 4 year old and I go during the winter for our Friday night mommy/daughter outings. They have a small, separate dining area in the back, adjacent to their climbin/sliding/jumping structure, which my daughter adores. They play pop music radio, too, so its a good place to have a quick cheap meal and entertain a small child at the end of a busy week. I have to say, too, that the staff at this particular BK is very courteous and friendly, and bathrooms are clean

I was instructed by an employee to not waste my money buying meals there. I have visited this location frequently because of its proximity to my workplace (the golds gym nearby). He also made a comment about how I must be too lazy to cook if I am spending money there. Will never buy from this location again.

Today the drive threw is closed inside sign says no credit cards at this time. Floor is sticky as hell fountain area is trashed. People if you chose to eat here or anywhere else dont trash it cuz people want to eat here.

I like the in door park and the chicken nuggets you cant beat the price my grandkids like the in door park I just dont like the rats you see running around the parking lot and the hot dog taste like rudder

They get my order wrong everytime, I almost dont feel like taking the drive thru. They dont speak much English either so that makes it hard for them to understand. Its very frustating

Pretty good, people say theres rats but I never saw them. There chicken nuggets are to die for. There vanilla shakes are bomb. The indoor park should let ages 3-14 instead of 3-11

Nice indoor kiddie park....only complaint is its a little dark. Dining room spacious and recently updated with new seats and TVs on the wall. Cozy....for a Burger King.
