Weve been driving up here from Cape Cod every few weeks for more than a year. Went this morning and bought two sandwiches and 13 bagels. Has the recipe changed? Your bagels are now SOFT, not chewy -- and that is NOT how real bagels are. They also lacked taste. And your garlic bagels now have sesame seeds on them "to cut the garlic" -- a really, really dumb idea. This place has gone from one of the best to one of the worst. Not at all happy.

Best customer service. I drove half an hour to get my fix of a 6 cheese toasted with Smoked Salmon Shmear and they delivered. I was so excited that I forgot to pay for coffee and they didnt even charge me for it. Definitely coming back.

Really good bagels! A little pricey, especially for toppings. Sandwiches are just okay, service is decent, sometimes a little crowded. The BEST coffee around.
