This time at least I was not served styrofoam this time for fries I almost choke to death and it was only your 3rd fay of opening sat across from the kitchen the floor was fillef with food and garbage all wr got wad Iam sorry Ill make you another meal like I really wanted to eat after that my friend took me there tonight really didnt want to go but the genteman that serve us was very nice bathrooms needs to be clean and toilet paper and paper towels would of been nice Ism not one to usually say something but you really need them to speak english andbe a little bit more cleaner Uam so sorry I had to write this but its me writting not some else things should really change hire some older people that could teach them better thing instead of all kids really I hope you take this in a postive way cause thats how i mean it good luck with your new place of bussiness and please keep a open mind god bless its not easy but no one said it would be great location need older people yours truly caroldonto

Three of us went Saturday night, the table and floor had syrup on them. The menu had so much syrup on it, my son had to go to the mens room and wash his hands. our waiter so spook poor ( same for 1/2 of the staff)English, did not know the difference between hash browns and corned beef hash. We waited 45 minutes for our food, it came after complaining, it was cold cook poorly. The chicken and waffles had McDonalds chicken tenders and over cooked waffles were over cooked. The menu is pricy. If you want a great breakfast, go to the Big Apple on Rt. 20 in Marlboro.

Both times were awful. I feel bad for management the servers dont care and half of them should be fired for lack of interest in their job. Had to wait so long to get acknowledged so we can place an order both timea. And to give an example of lack of effort, weve had an empty used pot of coffee, empty mind you, through out our whole order just sitting on our table.... Had to find a server to find our server. Did I mention I feel bad for management?

Im reading these complaints from some people..what the hell do you expect?! New restaurant on a Saturday?!? yeah they will clean the floors especially for you because you think you deserve the world since you are paying $2000 per dish lol Lower your expectations ;) I , personally love it and Im super happy I finally have one IHOP closer to me! Guys, open one in Hopkinton as well !!

Been their 4 times already and it was ok but today we had a waitress named tamara and she has been our best sever so far. She was so polite remembered everything we needed asked us if we needed anything like ketchup before our food comes out. She also had no problem seperating our meals on the bills. I will request her everytime i come.

Waitress went above and beyond to make my meal included pankcakes smiley faces for my kids, so I didnt have to waste the money buying something they will not eat anyway. Its not a lot of money its about the fact that she underatood and accommodated for my children....making it a great family restaurant. Will absolutely be back!

On 3rd i went to I hop, and odered a lunch to go ,before going I tried calling , but their phone was not working, to this day it is not working, any way when I brought the pkg to my office, to my disappoint, there was no silver ware, no napkins , and th e wrong salad,that say it all , I will never go back again LBK

Servers were nice, patient and pleasant, kitchen was not. Took way too long, had to remake our appetizers, our meals were very icky. My salad tasted off and the lettuce looked to be old. :( Great customer service but the food itself was awful. They gave us a discount and were very apologetic <3

This is the third or fourth time Ive been to this IHOP done it opened. I got the full stack of buttermilk pancakes with peaches and it was delicious! My friend got the strawberry and banana french toast and said they we awesome. Service as always was great. Ill definitely be returning!

Going to be Honest, I love IHOP, love the breakfast. BUT... the dinner that was served here was just not up to par. Undercooked stuffing that was cold and cold chicken noodle soup. The waitress forgot our appetizer as well. Slow service. Try any other IHOP!

I was served frozen strawberries on my Belgium waffles, hash browns served cold and half cooked. The menus were so sticky and disguising. This location definitely needs new management! We will not be back, this is the worst Ihop Ive ever been to.

I called for a to go order, I was transferred 3 times before my order was finally taken. That mean repeating myself "3" times!! Then when I get there my order was still incorrect! Like really is not that hard I said it 3 times and still wrong

First visit were good. They underestimated demand in this area though, and they might be understaffed and/or undertrained. Some big delays have occurred of late. Gotta drop a star. I just waited for a hour for a takeout order, yo.

Awesome place, finally we have an IHOP close where I live, its 24 hours which make even better, I left from my work at 3am, i just finished my hospital call and stop there for breakfast, nice staff and fresh food at 3 am. Love it

It was awful.The service sucks.The food was boring and tasteless. Very small portions.Waitress did not ask me if I wanted desert, just gave me the check.When I left, I was still Hungary. I do not recommend this place at all.

First time I felt rushed to eat and leave. This 2nd time I waited 10 minutes at the front waiting to be seated but there was no one at the front to even acknowledge me. So I left. Management needs improvement.

Very slow, confused service. BUT its the first month this restaurant is in service. We will definitely be back anyway once things settle down - were so happy IHOP finally opened here in the area.

The wait can be long. Its a newer place, very clean, and service is usually very fast. It is and IHOP so come with a reasonable expectation of quality and price and you will not be let down.

Brand new clean 24 hrs. Staff and training staff are working very hard. You would have to be crazy to rate the waitstaff poorly on the FIRST Day.

Opens 24 so it is verry convenient to have it on mind if you are around. Kind of crowded. Busy place so they have to be cleaning all the time
