I went there for their 59th anniversary deal. 59¢ for a short stack of Original Buttermilk Pancakes brought in quite the crowd. Almost the whole restaurant was full and with only two waitresses on staff I saw a couple parties get up and leave impatiently. Even though the wait was long (we were there about 90 minutes) the pancakes were delicious. Our waitress was very kind and did her best to be attentive considering the pressure. Both women deserve a bonus for surviving that ordeal! The manager really should have been better about anticipating the rush and staffing accordingly. Their food is good, but go on a regular day because its worth paying full price to avoid the crowds.

Ive been a NASHUA IHOP server for a little over 3 years, We arent perfect, yet what restaurant is? We have our good days, we have our not so good days, but weve also had some AMAZING days! Our team of employees are some of the most loving and caring people Ive ever met. Not to mention we genuinely care about our customers and we pay close attention to our regulars, which we happen to have many And I Am more than proud to say that! Just went there for Breakfast with my family, not at all busy maybe about 6-7 tables full at 9am on a Tuesday morning. Waited 50 minutes to get eggs,sausage,bacon,pancakes left without food. Had my 1 year old son with us, 50 minutes waiting for food any 1 year old would get ansy and cranky. If we were at a 5 star restaurant for dinner with the place packed Id understand a 50 minute wait after ordering food. But breakfast?! At a food chain that serves breakfast all day...I hope the cook went out to a nearby farm to get fresh eggs with that wait time...I do NOT recommend going here, unless your willing to wait almost 1 hour for pancakes.

The staff is always nice. We are very regular and many of the old ones knows us. But for the sake of this place please make sure that you do the plates as they are supposed to. We ordered many many times a plate with avocado and most of the time get avocados that are almost black or too ripe. I rather see No avocado on my plate than that stuff. Replace it with something just to be nice or simply apologize for not having fresh avocados. My husband and I ordered today two different plates that came with avocado his were fresh and mine were just a mess. Please Fix this!

New Years Eve party for the Little ones. It was Awsome!!! Had a wonderful afternoon with my 2 Grandchildren Age 2f 4m their Mother as well as mine. The Waitstaff was above and beyond as always. Tammy was spectacular the one small problem with moms Crepes were dealt with in a timely manner. We never have any problems here other then. We dont come here enough. I would be here everyday if I could. Our only thing is I live on the other side of town.

The service was horrible. We waited while we watched others come and go. Our waitress was nowhere to be found. We eventually got up to talk to someone at the front desk. The waitress was tracked down and told us that they lost our order. The manager was hovering around the waitress station talking to our waitress, but never came over to apologize or offer a discount to our meal. He should be fired. Unacceptable service!

I have been coming here every night for 9mths and have been treated with a lot of respect. I have a dog name Prince who also is a regular here also they always have his cup of ice water, he also enjoy coming here. So customer come and have a great breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And by the way reserved July 18 7 _ 7 for a fantastic treat, 59cents short stacks of their Buttermilk Pancake. So come one and all.

I used to love going to this IHOP and thought that the service was great but recently I went during a time where there was not a lot of customers and had to wait 30 minutes to be served. What was further up setting was after ordering my food and receiving it it was not cooked the way I had requested. I have now decided to go elsewhere when I take my children out for a nice breakfast over the weekend.

Pros - Food is good. Place is clean and in good shape. Bathrooms arent disgusting. Fairly attentive and friendly wait staff. Decent background music. Cons - They are more expensive than similar restaurants in the area. The portions are way too small for what I paid and I leave the place hungry. They totally skimp on the amount of french fries and onion rings they give with their meals.

Ive been in the restaurant business for over 20yrs. The wait wasnt to long to be seated but it took forever to get our food. When we finally got it my food was cold. So I sent it back. By the time I got another meal my husband was already done his food and again the food was less to be desired. The waitress was super nice and tried to be accomadating as possible. We wont go there again.

Ive been going to this IHOP since it has opened up a couple of years ago, and like many restaurants, you cant expect them to have all of their things together on the first go. With that said, the service was horrible in the first two years, but has improved massively. The food tastes great, and there is always a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Ive always had a thing for IHOP, but this one is really bad. I went there recently and ordered the banana Nutella crepes, and it was so bad that I lost all respect for the place. The crepes were a quarter the size they usually are in other IHOPs, and ALL of them were burnt underneath. This wasnt the only time I was disappointed with the place. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible experience today. Called ahead for our party of 6 for mothers day, was hung up on. Arrived at restaurant, was told wait was an additional 20 minutes. We waited over an hour. When I went to check on our place on the list, I was ignored by all 3 staff standing at counter. I tossed my name card, and left. We will never be back!

Weve tried this ihop a number of times, at the behest of managers asking us to try them again and again after bad experiences. This is the final time I will try this ihop, bad food, terrible service. Eggs took an hour, overcooked, slimy floors that you slip on going in and out, people that dont seem to care about customers. Dont eat here.

Really friendly people, we came in with 4 adults 3 kids for my sister in laws birthday breakfast. They sat us in the lower area which is a separate room that was empty because it was set up for an event later on. They were great in acomidating us on last min notice. All our food was delicious and didnt take forever to receive.
