Growing up in southern Greece i have experienced great service but the service i received from a young lad named Kurtis was by far the best. I would love to give a prolonged hug to the man that hired Kurtis. He is easy on the eyes for sure, he is just the right height, and he has a smile that will make you faint. He is the best thing to ever happen to Chipotle and frankly the best thing that has ever happened to me. I wish i could just quit my job at the state prison so i could eat at Chipotle all day while receiving service from him. He is the best and thats all there is to it. I will be returning to this location simply because i have never met such a great well rounded individual like Kurtis is. I hope everyone can experience what i felt when i met Kurtis because i would love to relive that day every single day of my life. Hes the man. Every day i have went into this location i see Kurtis busting his hump and making everyone else look like they are in slow motion. For an early Christmas gift you should head to this location when Kurtis is working; trust me you will not be disappointed. It was the best day of my life. If i were an employer and wanted to build the perfect husband, employee, or friend i would model that person after Kurtis. If i could talk to Kurtis again i would read a poem to him that i know will touch his heart, so just in case i cant make it in again to see him i say this "My Promise to My Soldier, I promise to be there for you always, Whenever you need a helping hand, I promise to think about you daily" -Danielle Mia. If that doesnt touch your heart then there is no heart there to touch. So all in all thank you Chipotle for not only providing me with great food but also providing me with amazing service provided by Kurtis. I cant say it enough thank you for the experience of a lifetime. It was better than the first time i watched the "Goonies" or "The Sandlot" or even "The Human Centipede"

The food was very good & the employees are polite. I have no big complaints abut either of those really, & will continue to eat there. BUT the presentation of the food is CRAP in my opinion. Its quite literally an assembly line of people getting their food "slopped" on top in layers with a big spoon, like something youd see in an army cafeteria. It looks offensive the way its done and almost makes you want to go elsewhere. BUT the food is definitely tasty and servings are large. The atmosphere is clean & contemporary but a bit small. The prices are average for Mexican- I spent $12 on a drink and burrito w/guac. The line to get in is honestly out the door every day, which tells you something about the food. The employees, although very polite, make you feel rushed to get past them so they can serve the next person, and therefore you feel awkward, as if youre competing for the slop of food on your burrito. I will continue to eat here on occasion, as the food is good, but otherwise I feel going to a restaurant is a better choice for the money.

My buddy and I take are afternoon lunch breaks very serious, it has been a tradition for the last 3 years. As we tried chipotle a year ago we were not satisfied at all, until one day! We came into the establishment to redeem our taste buds. As we walked in we saw a man not a boy but a man! With the best scruff on his face we had ever seen. The scruff was identical to Tom Bradys the man was magnificent, I had to figure out his name! I asked him and he replied "Kurtis". As Kurtis wrapped my burrito and packed it tightly in its tin foil wrapping, my buddy asked Kurtis how he kept his beard so nice and trim with just the right amount of scruff. He replied it was just "natural". My buddy and I looked at each other with amazement and disbelief and left the establishment with a hope that we would see Kurtis again very soon. Chipotle will be our lunch tradition as long as Kurtis works there. His scruff is why chipotle is still in business. We love Kurtis and his scruff!

I go to this chipotle very often and they are constantly out of ingredients because they are not making them. I used to frequent the Westford store for 4 years and they were never out of anything. The steak was better also because of the way they cooked it. They are the reason I love chipotle. Tonight I went to the Burlington store and they were out of rice. Both kinds!! They were also out of salad dressing for the 100th time. I ask them about it and they dont even bother to make some.i think its the manager doing a terrible job. A couple of the employees are very nice there but it just seems like its okay when they run out of things.they also run out of chips once in awhile. The rice just really got me mad because they had rice. They just didnt make it. I waited ten minutes for them to tell me that they messed up making it.i just walked out hungry. I never complain but they are getting ridiculous.

Been to many chipotles - love the food and the culture. This location is the worst of all the places I have been to. Olive very near this location and have visited this location multiple times - at least 10, and 90% of those visits have been negative. I do not visit this location any more. 1) Meat portions are the lowest when compared to all locations. 2) This location is always dirty. Most other locations are kept way better than this one. 3) The staff for some reason are very rude. Not sure if the staff is just tired or if they are not trained properly. 4) There are issues with pickup orders almost all the time - had ordered 4 times for a group of over 7, had one issue or the other all 4 times. 5) oh and did I mention filthy store - how do you eat in if the store is like that?!

I had a fantastic experience at this Chipotle. From the second i walked through the doors it was clear that there was an elephant in the room. There was a very good looking line cook that had beautiful eyes, the kind that you dream about. I walked up to him and asked for his name and he replied "Kurtis", i felt honored to have met such an outstanding young man. I will now be a regular guest at the Burlington Chipotle because of Kurtiss conscientiousness and beautiful looks. My favorite part about my conversation with Kurtis was that he said he wouldnt be able to talk for long because he had some work to do, i love his work ethic and plan on returning to this store quite often. In times like today you can only hope and pray for fantastic service that people like Kurtis can provide.

Parking can be challenging at times. Food is usually good but the seating arrangement isnt as nice as other locations. Some employees are stingy on portions and you have to ask for more. It slows down the line. Speaking of which -- expect a long line most of the time. UPDATE: Just when you thought they couldnt get stingier, they decreased their guacamole portion to the point where its not worth adding. When I asked for more they gave a little more than a tablespoon-full. Picture uploaded. Probably not coming here again.
