I used to work at a bonefish grill in Florida and Ohio and Im so happy that they are now in Massachusetts to take market share away from Legal Seafoods(gross). I was upset to find that the Burlington location closed, as that was easier to get to from my home in East Boston than to Waltham on the traffic laden Pike. I was hoping they would give it more of a chance to win people over from outdated concept Legal Seafoods(gross). Bonefish offers affordable Chilean Seabass and great prix fixe offers, which is the reason that I go. My only complaint is that when I call the Waltham location for information, I always get a hostess on the line that has trouble with her English and generally knows nothing about the information I am seeking, and the manager is somehow always in a "meeting". Very weird. My fear is that this location will close also and then I will never get Seabass in the city again.

Service was horrible. A rude woman served us (Natalie was written in the bill). Once came to our table with her mouth so stuffed with food that she could not even talk. Also, hitting the table to take our attention. Even so, we tipped 15% because the food and mood were nice. However, when she saw that she forced us to pay 20% tip. She said in a loud and threatening voice that the tip was not enough because the food and service had been ok. I was in shock after this and before I could react, someone on the table just gave her an extra 10$ note to get rid of her! Never back again.

The service is a bit robotic, the servers will rattle off their memorized lines and then leave, which was a little unsettling. The food was okay. The Bang Bang Shrimp was excellent, as always, but the Spicy Tuna bowl is a confusing mess. Its not spicy, for starters, and is essentially a deconstructed sushi roll, which is awkward to eat with a fork. I still dont understand the purpose of the sweet and sour sauce that came with the dish. The truffle Mac and cheese is good if you like mushrooms and the Bang Bang Tacos are also good.

O.K. was being generous. First, they have a private parking lot with mostly compact spaces. It took an excessive amount of circling the building before I found a space. I almost just drove away. Modern upscale decor comes across as loud and ecko-y reflecting every sound into a din. My fish and chips were greasy. Not what I expected from an overpriced fish themed restaurant. Yes, this bar and restaurant has become the popular after work spot with the local professionals but I find it had little charm.

This is my second attempt at the restaurant in 7 month timeframe. Same results. The Food is "good" (Nothing awwed me). There downfall is, the service is "horrible". Slow & no followups. Part of me thinks a 3star is being too generous. But as I said, foods not bad - just a long, long wait for it and even longer for a drink... If they put down the tablets and go with old fashion checks they may do better. Seems like the old saying, "inundated with technology and lack productivity."

I want so much to love this place and from time to time I do, but the food is inconsistent. The prices are not and are high so I expect a consistent high quality dinner. The service is always excellent and its got a great decor, convenient location if you work in Corporate Waltham but I go to dinner for the food and I always get better quality seafood at Naked Fish around the corner. Ive stopped going mid-2016 so my review may become outdated soon (for their sake I hope so).

Cant believe. Service is so terrible. We had a party of 20ppl. The server never showed up for 1hr 20min after taking our drinks order. Literally one of us had to walk to the manager and ask for drinks and tell us how bad this is. Next again.

I love the bang bang shrimp and we came in tonight for the lobster tail and filet. The picture in the ad had a lobster tail, steak, broccoli and mashed potato all for 19.90, but we came in and it was 25.90. I hate that they bait and switch

Though I went not long after it opened, I nonetheless was not impressed. Ive been to one in Myrtle Beach several times and had great experiences, so was very disappointed in the poor quality of food, service and cocktails at this location.

Really good- we went during a quiet time, but the service was pretty good (a tad slow, I wonder if they were understaffed at like 3 in the afternoon on a Sunday though... but it really was just a tad) and the food was great

Ordered to go and waited 40 mins for my food while others ordered, ate, paid and left...ridiculous. i only ordered 2 appetizers...coconut shrimp was over cooked and the pot stickers did not taste good....will not go back.

Whats wrong with this restaurant. It was my fav place but today really bad service. The best part, sever told me, if I give good rating they will not charge for appetizer (isnt that bribe or buying the rating)

I had better options at a bonefish near Cincinnati. Food wasnt bad or anything but portion sizes were small. But good place overall. I was expecting more near Boston than that.
