Este lugar es ideal para ir a comer y conversar con un grupo de amigos que no les importen esperar mucho tiempo para comer. lo que no me gusta es que te hacen esperar demasiado tiempo en pies porque el lugar no tienen área de espera para el cliente, yo espere 49 minutos de pie por una mesa de 4 persona, un sábado a las 5:30pm. me queje pero no hay un supervisor responsable para complacer al cliente. Logré pedir una ronda de cerveza y dos horas después aún esperando la comida llego 8:28 pm, la cómoda tiene buen sabor pero el tiempo de espera no lo justifica. El lugar no tiene parque y no ofrecen nachos o appetizer, en invierno el espacio es muy frío (toda las personas usan sus abrigo), las mesas desorganizada y mal distribuidas, los empleados están todos ocupados en su propio mundo y nadie se acerca a preguntar si todo está bien, Si quieres otra cerveza o algo de comer en lo que llega la comida. Mi recomendación busca otro lugar que realmente valoren tu tiempo y el esfuerzo que haces en ir a su restaurante a consumir y gastar tu dinero. This place is ideal to go eat and chat with a group of friends who do not mind waiting too long time for eat. What I do not like is that they make you wait too long time in feet because the place does not have waiting area for the customer, I wait 49 minutes to stand by a table of 4 person, a Saturday at 5:30 pm. I complain but there is no responsible supervisor to attend the customer. I ordered a round of beer and two hours later still waiting for the food arrived 8:28 pm, the dresser tastes good but the waiting time does not justify it. The place has not parking and they do not offer nachos or appetizer, in winter the space is very cold (all people wear their coat), the tables are disorganized and poorly laid out, the employees are all busy in their own world and no one comes to ask If all is well, if you want another beer or something to eat in which the food arrives. My recommendation looks for another place that really values your time and the effort you make in going to your restaurant to consume and spend your money.

Just left flavor grill, very disappointed. Customer service was no where to be found. I walked in and asked to order because no one was at the register. Because no one was at the register or there to greet me. I asked if I can order the lady behind the counter said that their was an hour wait. Then I asked why, I asked if their was any food made and then she realized that their was food because she noticed I was looking right at it. Then she told me that I needed to wait because she was busy. So I sat their for about 5 to 10 minutes waiting. I asked a couple other employees that were standing around and everyone ignore me. So I walked out. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! This is coming from my husband.

Went to get takeout for lunch. Got the oxtail and the fried sausage appetizer with fried plantain as a side and I would recommend you visit. Both were very tasty and I like that they use fresh ingredients in the preparation. Theres a few things that could make the meal even better, the first is if they did an 8 hour slow cook on the oxtail to make the meat fall off the bone. Second is to season the plantain before cooking, it lacked flavor and it also seemed slightly dry. Third and final is to fry the sausage a little less so that it retains some of that tasty, fatty juice. I cant wait to try the goat stew!

Had the opportunity to work with Flavor Grill in a catering for approximately 250 people at an event last week. I have to say I am very impressed with they planning skills. At no time was I left in the dark if there were changes to the plan or updates that I needed to be informed of. They work ethic was impressive which is hard to find in the catering industry. Being a property manager catering I cant tell you enough how important it is to have someone like them on your team. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a delicious and well organized caterers.

Very good food. We had the best Spanish food in the area. I got a little bit of everything because I wanted to try all the food. This gave us a variety of beautiful small plates, such as dried meats, chofan, and salad. They were all flavorful and nicely salty. It also allows us to choose seafood Lobster tail, which was why we came here for. The owners Kelvin and Arismendy are great people and made me welcome in the restaurant. I am sure I will find any occasion to come here again.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Instantly I was taken back to the Caribbean! They had all the usual suspects of Puerto Rican Mofongos cuisine like camarofongo, monfongo de chicharron, de queso, pollo and more. In the mood for some Churrasco or Grill Chicken? Or some Fried Pork? They have good prices and now I dont have to go to Boston when I have a local restaurant in the area. Great spot. Cant recommend it enough.

Not the best place. They still need to learn about service. Extremely long wait time for food. Even if they do make it fresh to order I have eaten plenty of fresh good food without such a long wait. The plate should have come with a grilled pork chop. But they gave us a piece of ham steak. Good luck with the restaurant, but I dont think I would ever go back

The food is amazing! !! Staff is friendly and efficient. The food prices are good. I been there a couple times with family and friends and everyone loves it. The place is small and sometimes is packed, but the environment is always nice. The wait is sometimes long to get your food but still... I highly recommend this place!

At 38 mins counting of waiting for our food. The waitress comes and says the food would be out in 2 mins... almost 10 mins later she brings the food, the food wasnt good. My rice was rock hard and definitely not worth the wait. Mind you the place wasnt even crowded. First and last time for sure.

Wow, delicious Caribbean food, great prices and clean place. I bought the Mar y Tierra for $22.95 I was very satisfied with the food. Next time I am going to get the Camarofongo, I heard it is delicious!!!

Charged me Almost $8 for three short strips of beef and filled almost the entire tray with Arroz Amarillo and even that tastes like plastic. At least the beef is great....
