Lousy service...Called ahead for pick-up on a Sunday morning, was told it would be ready 15-20 mins which surprised me since I know how busy Sundays are but thought the person working there would know better than me on when food would be ready. Got there and had to wait another 25 mins for my food. While waiting one of the girls asked for my name and when another girl came out with two orders she handed one to another customer didnt bother to check if the other customer was there waiting and just puts it on the counter and started talking with the girl that asked me for my name, who also doesnt look at the bag to see who it is for. While they are talking the girl who was at the counter when I first got there and took my pymt comes back looks at the bag and calls my name. Got home with food and there were no utensils or syrup for pancakes. I dont mind a long wait time but dont say its going to be ready in 20 mins when its not especially when theres a big sign in the waiting area saying call ahead and we will have it ready for you!

Started off with wait a minute by the hostess not 1 person in the restaurant at this time ok cool no problem hostess who is also a waitress as also a manger starts talking about killing herself its going bad this morning i have a 5 year old child with me lady give me a break wow then she talks about how retarded and stupid it is to punch in with her swipe card im with a child lady come on be professional food was ok and fast its ihop no complaints waitress was ok but did keep seating down with her man friend at the booth next to me but whatever when there is a child around please please think about what your saying in a restaurant kids hear everything

Worst iHop experience ever. Ten minutes to take our order even though it wasnt busy (3:30 in the afternoon). Got it wrong. Drinks ran dry. Twice. Even after going to the kitchen the first time to find someone to ask for a refill. Empty plates sat on table until we left. Had to find someone to ask for check. Shouldve just walked and let em discover we were gone when they were done chatting in the kitchen. I very rarely dont tip but they truly earned it today. Only gave a star because cant post without one.

Worse I hop location ever. I have been here three times and experience the same thing. First, the wait time is ridiculous. I waited 15 minutes to be seated on a normal day. Second, the waitress give me the wrong order. I had order coffee that did not get; I had to order orange juice twice before I got it; she took 30 minutes to get a board of fruit for my daughter and give me the wrong eggs. They always try to make up for their mistake my giving you free stuff. Waste of my time every single time.

Absolutely terrible service...food cold or luke warm, took forever, waitress didnt bring enough silverware, asked for more, she disappeared, I went and grabbed some off another table, she brought an empty ketchup bottle for kids, I had to find more ketchup, wife asked for toast uncut, showed up cut, then new toast came 10 minutes later, works well with eggs 10 minutes later, now they are cold, nothing right at this place...never again!!!

Went in took 10 minutes to getnoticed at the bar Took forever to get coffee a good 10 minutes for that Once he took my order it took at least a half hour for the food to come Two waitresses at the bar I felt like I was pretty much being ignored until I started looking at them Are used to like this place I am growing not so fond of it anymore Would not recommend this location to anyone and also the server was not very friendly

Business wasnt packed but the service was very slow. Waitress kept forgetting bits of our order and had to be reminded twice to bring coffee. Breakfast plates that were ordered werent very good, two people at our table didnt finish much of their plates. Lunch plates were fine and orders with specifics such as no bread were taken to heart. Took 15 minutes to get boxes and our check and another ten for the receipt.

Love coming here with family on the weekends but there are a few hiccups. They almost always forget part of our order, but otherwise good comfort food and casual atmosphere. After 1:30 pm its less crowded on Sunday we found. It is a bit too crowded on the weekends between 9 and noon and parking is impossible.

Usually have pretty good service and food. Today there was a party in the evening and took an hour and half for food and had what seemed like one waitress who got our order wrong and barely checked on us. Wasnt there any one else working there. We will not be returning anytime soon. Very disappointed

As always, loved their food! However, they had ran out of red potatoes and substituted that with hash browns and I did not like that all. How can you run out of red potatoes when you include that in almost all your dishes on the menu, and also at 10:30 a.m. when you guys are a known brunch place!!

Horrible service. My husband had to send his plate back 3 times and it still wasnt right. We finally asked to speak to a manager and the food was finally made correctly. They comped our meals but I still wont eat there again. Ill go to the one in East Providence next time.

The food is good and the service is fast. Not too expensive. The biggest issue here is the crowd. This place is usually slam packed all day everyday. Great menu choices for breakfast and even a lunch section. Pancakes are delicious and they have great variety!

The food was good, service decent. The parking was a nightmare. I sent my family in from the start while I circled the parking lot like a vulture, kin to the other vultures. I spent probably 15 minutes circling that lot. This was a sunday morning at 11AM.

I go to IHOP for breakfast a lot and I never had such a great server like I had today. Kim was amazing, very polite, she had me and my grandmother laughing so much. We need more servers like her around. Definitely made My experience at ihop much better!

Went here on a slow Monday late morning. Food was fast but found out only because the food was gross and sitting there for a while. Got samanilla poisoning from there and so did my roomate. Been vomitting for 3 days now. Do not go here.

Possibly the worst service ever, not one waitress was on the dining floor and after over an hour of sitting at the table waiting for food my wifes food was wrong 3 times. Me and my family will not be coming back to this establishment

Not bad. Good place to go with the kids and great when you have no regard for caloric intake. Everything was tasty and service was good. Kids meals were free, but I wasnt sure why. Not going to complain about free kids meals!

They had good service, and welcoming employees. Our food server Stephen, was polite and respectful, and was quick at his job. The food was delicious, the pancakes were big, the bacon was on point. Overall great experience.
