Im not from Sudbury, but my girlfriend lives there so sometimes we eat there. My last to go order was a nightmare. I called in fot a chicken tender dinner w/ onion rings instead of fries, a garden salad w/grilled chicken and a side Greek salad. Using the online menu I estimated about $20 with taxes more or less. When I got ther it was over $25, so I grabbed a menu to see how I could be so off. What they in fact did was charge me for a full order of onion rings (which in all fairness they made) and they charged me their new updated pricing which the have failed to post online. Its not the 5 or 6 dollars that fires me up, its the feeling of being cheated and the absolute blank stares I received when I pointed both mistakes (their mistakes) out. The lady at the register seemed far more interested in holding on to a few dollars than correcting the situation and offered nothing to resolve my annoyance. I also learned that a side Greek salad is just a Greek salad, there are no options, one size fits all. Then, 3 different times I wound up removing gross, cartilage riddled pieces of chicken from my mouth while eating my salad. I can honestly say that while my girlfriend claims they have good pizza, Ill never spend another dollar in that place as I felt cheated and there are so many places vying for business. Whats truly sad is that I want to support local business & and I am extremely loyal to a place that is honest; I didnt even get a "sorry about that," never mind an offer to honor the pricing they posted online or a refund for a side order I didnt order. I just got to eat my meal the entire time feeling cheated. If there wasnt a hungry, impatient child I would have demanded a full refund and left the entire meal there--deceptive & unethical is how I would describe that business practice. Adam

Sadly, the pizza is fairly mediocre. I say sadly because I really wanted to like this place--its the quintessential local pizza place, and its clear that theyre active in the community from all the plaques ans photos they have of local high school sports teams they sponsor. The pizza does have a nice lightness to it (not overwhelmingly heavy), but the slice falls apart when you pick it up. The sauce doesnt have much flavor or punch, and the cheese was decent but nothing special. I found the topping choices a bit questionable (broccoli on a veggie pizza?). If the pizza was better itd be a decent value ($14 for a large veggie pizza), but it honestly feels overpriced when I can get a Papa Johns large veggie pizza for a few bucks less and itll taste better. For what its worth, my companion did enjoy the pizza much more than I did. Honestly, the pizza is 3/5 quality, but Im adding another star because this place embodies exactly what a local pizza place should have in terms of ambience, simplicity, and community involvement. It just needs better pizza.

I have lived all over and eaten everywhere. I love checking out the local pizza shops. This one is the best, even if you are an out of towner they treat you like a family member. Every member is amazingly nice and helpful and never ever rude. They take care in toasting and preparing the subs and the pizza is fantastic. Tell Sakis he is your "Bro" and he will give you a free bag of chips, maybe.

Best served pizzas, subs and calzones in the area. My favorite pizza/sub restaurant to eat even over top rated pizza/sub restaurants. If youre in the area and need food fast, stop by Sudbury Pizza! Theyre even incredibly friendly too!

They still make a mean meatball sub. Was eating the meat ball subs way back in the seventies during high school. Even though the location has changed, the recipes are the same as in the seventies. Way to go Sudbury Pizza!
