First of all the owner/manager or whatever she is needs to learn some manners. Second of all she needs to stop looking at me like im some sort of freak whenever I walk through the door! she is horrible with customers and needs to learn some customer service skills because she has none at all. Also might I add that the food there is complete garbage, I wouldnt recommend it to anybody thats looking for a good meal, I suggest going to Silver Palate up the street and obtaining a greatly better meal for a smaller cost. Plus the owner/manager isnt a wanna be restaurant owner. This is perhaps one of THE WORST restaurants in the town of Westford and im leaving this comment to save you your time and also your money. Also that comment below is complete malarky. I will never spend another cent at the Willows for as long as I live!

The Willows is our favorite pizza shop in the area - the staff is friendly and helpful, and take the time to get to know regulars. Combine that with the fact that its been recently renovated inside, its a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere, perfect for families as well. The food is wonderful - try the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo pizza, unbelievable! Weekly specials and new items mean the menu never gets old, and has something for everyone, from regular "pizza shop choices" to Chicken Caesar Salad to incredible seafood. Dont see it made the way you like? Just ask - the owner is wonderful and takes pride in her restaurant and it shows. Would definitely recommend The Willows!

Saw a delivery car in the area and wanted to try a new place for delivery. I ordered the clam strip dinner and Kids Fish and French Fries online, which was a very easy process. They called not long after to inform me they did run out of fresh clams but would replace it with whatever I would like instead. OF COURSE I am bummed, but I go for the Haddock Dinner. The delivery driver was also very apologetic they did not have clam strips and I even got a 2 Liter Diet Coke. The food was great!

Its all about the pizza - you want it real? This is the place. No pre-made factory pizza. Each pie made to order - Italian style (i.e., thin crust - not Greek thick - although that is nice from time to time). Most nights its really good - and some nights its awesome - after all it hand made! Eat in- or take out - its our pizza place

When my wife and I first moved to the area, we were constantly doing renovation work to our house, leaving little time for dinner preparation. Luckily we were able to find a diamond in the rough with The Willows. We both love the subs they offer and the price is very reasonable. I would recommend this sub shop to anyone in the area.

New ownership is destroying this place. Was going to this place for over 25 years, now it took them 2 hours to get my food here. On top of that the took the phone off the hook so I couldnt cancel my call after a hour and a half. I figures I would give them another chance same thing this time but they didnt even deliver the right order

Unclean outdoor seating area and the worst pizza crust I ever encountered. Of the three people behind the counter they couldnt seem to figure out which of them would help their only customer (us) at 2:45pm. I almost didnt eat because of the lack of attention to basic cleaning. I cant imagine what the kitchen must look like.

amazing food. loved onion rings...best ever ...fries are amazing too...better fried seafood than kimball farms seafood shack and very reasonable prices...it is a hidden gem...when we arrived we were a little scared because it looks like a dive but very nice staff and amazing food...

This place is a gem. Great selection of dishes and everything is good. Ive tried most things on the menu and its all great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not to mention beer on tap and keno. Highly recommended!!!!

Willows is consistently good. Ive tried their pizza, buffalo wings, subs, fries, and onion rings and all were tasty. The service is efficient and friendly. I prefer to take out from Willows because the seating is limited.
