Rudest staff I have ever encountered!! and the food was sub par. I spent over $40 on food for my family and they mess up 1/2 our our order. Then when I let them know, thinking they would rectify it by making the correct food we orders the guy behind the counter said there was nothing they could do. Now anyone with kids know you cant make them eat something they dont want, so I asked for a manager, saw the guy walk over to the older guy and whisper something they both looked at me then the older man walked out back and nothing was said to me. Thanks for ruining a family dinner, This may be a place for people with no manners but it is definitely not a family establishment. The owner should be ashamed to have such rude employees! I will let everyone I know about my experience.

Most of their food is fantastic. The pizza and chicken are particularly delicious. The price is very reasonable too. Unfortunately, most of their staff has absolutely no customer service skills. Its not uncommon for one of the guys who answers the phone to hang up on you as soon as you order one item. He doesnt even check to make sure that was the only thing you wanted. Ive even had to call back just to give him my card number to pay with. Hes the worst, but some of the others arent much better. Normally, bad customer service doesnt bother me too much. But when it actually interferes with the transaction process, thats a bit ridiculous. Shame, too, because this would easily be a five star review otherwise.

My company moved into the area and just about everyone started getting lunch at Littleton Sub Shoppe. Needless to say, almost no one in my company orders there anymore just a few months later. They would come to our office to deliver but if there was no one at the front desk they would leave the food on the floor and leave. Most of the time they wouldnt even ask for a name so they had no clue in the office who ordered and our office person would have to walk around to try and find who ordered. Their food is sub-par, their staff is rude. Were happy that Bravos, the pizza place by our old office location in Boxborough, will deliver to our new place in Littleton.

I ordered a chicken kabob salad from there, that I shared with my two sisters, who both live in Littleton. I ordered the family size, and asked for the chicken to be cooked well done, as some places under cook their chicken. This salad was the best kabob salad I have had, hands down. Plenty of chicken, cooked just the way I asked, and fresh! Only one problem? Theyre not close to me!.., as Im about 40 mins away!.. would I drive to Littleton for that salad? If I had a more reliable vehicle. .absolutely! Great job guy! Perfect Kabob Salad!

I would like to thank the staff at Littleton Sub Shoppe for their support of the VOLO Farm IEA team and all their events held this year including a huge regional 2 day horse show. They worked with us on delivering hot food multiple times and every time we called with an additional order they full filled it quickly and all food arrived hot. I always order from them, mostly delivery as I am at work so frequently. The delivery guy is always the same guy. He is extremely rude. The past several times I have ordered from here they have gotten my order wrong. After calling them, I still get ripped off. Charging me for a large pizza when I ordered a large sub, but not giving me a refund. I give up trying to give them business when they are so rude.

Great people, always cheerful, fun, and awesome food... However during hot days it is cool to have doors open but to many flies are not cool to be in pizza or bar area, on walls, and ceiling, while eating makes it seem place is not neat, clean, or tidy.. Best to invest in fly traps if possible or some other professional treatment to keep them away.

When I went it was very busy and took a while to get it food, but it was great food. Everyone was happy with their orders, the service was friendly. The sub shop half of the place has the feel of your normal, family sub shop with some places to sit but mostly a take out atmosphere. Overall a great place to get lunch.

I have eaten here a number of times and have ordered pizza from here a bunch, and am usually happy with their food/pizza. The last time I ordered (last night), the dough was undercooked, but the toppings were great. Unfortunately I ended up throwing the dough away from 3/4 pieces due to the dough being undercooked.

The food is always good The Pizzas are terrific, The owner is very good to our Senior population[for every pizza ordered by a Senior] he donates a dollar to our C.O.A. We have lived in Littleton for 44 years and I feel that this pub gives more atmosphere to the common.

Ordered Italian subs online, came completely plain, no veggies, no oil and vinegar, nothing except cold cuts and cheese. Online app and web menu provide zero descriptions, so assumed typical toppings: wrong. Subs and pepperoni pizza nothing special at all.

Best pizza and sub shop type food in the Littleton / Acton / Westford area! Only reason they didnt get my final star was because they have been known to mess up the order.... check to be sure youve got what you ordered before leaving the establishment!

Got a Greek salad and a hamburger and wasnt really impressed with either. Seems like your standard pizza place so maybe exploring outside of the realm of pizza wasnt one of my best ideas. Service was standard and friendly, the food just wasnt memorable.

Inexpensive, and good quality on everything Ive tried. The marinara is especially good, their cheese sticks are some of the best Ive had. We also get the chicken fingers, the pizza, the steak & cheese, and the salads.

Pretty standard sub shop fare. Pizza is pretty solid. Attached pub is a great place to hang with friends over a beer, weekly trivia events and to watch sporting events.
