I used to be a regular client of this place thats why I decided to have my friends and family come here for graduation lunch. I make a reservation for 13 people at 1:30pm, we arrived their around 2:00 pm ( I did called them and let them know we were late) they charged me lunch price. There not much food ( Its Saturday lunch!) and the staffs were refilled them slowly and I never see them smile. I come to the shushi bar and order a rainbow roll. The chef said he cant make it for me. I ask why ? he said something in Chinese which I dont understand then he just ignored me and took another client. ???? Around 3:00 pm I went for the second round ( We were taking food slow because we were enjoy talking) and I saw them brought out crawfish and crab legs which are my favorite. I Get a few of them. I just have a sit, take my first crawfish then a waitress came over and said : You paid for lunch only, these food are for dinner". I was a little bit confused, she frown and then took my crawfish and crab away!!!!! When she about to took my friends crawfish dish away, my friend said he will pay for more. That waitress left with an attitude. About 3 minutes late, a different waitress came over and just took my friends crawfish dish without saying a thing. We are all shocked and embarrassed. I didnt leave a dollar tip for them because Its my graduation and it is supposed to be fun but after the meal we all left unhappily. The manager didnt bother to give a smile even when i hand her the money. Please, you have a restaurant business, why did you niggardly on a smile. We are not begging you for food. WE PAID FOR OUR MEALS. I was so embarrass with my family and friends because I chose this restaurant. Thank you Imperial Buffet for the rudeness. I will never ever come back here again!

Chinese buffet restaurant, close to home. Decent selection of international foods in addition to your traditional Chinese dishes, so there seems to be a little of something for everyone. Sushi is available as part of the buffet for both lunch and dinner (with wider selection available at dinner), and they have the sweetest oysters (on the half shell) which are almost worth the visit by themselves. Seafood is always among the options, including numerous shrimp dishes and mixed seafood dishes, and crab (blue crab, and snow crab when in season), Cajun style crawdads, and even frog legs (which really do taste kinda like chicken). There is also a Mongolian stir-fry (to order) station as well, though I havent tried that myself. A dessert bar, cakes, and ice cream available to top things off. Recent physical upgrades include new tables. Theres also a koi pond in the lobby where kids can feed the fish while waiting. Busiest Friday and Saturday nights.

This place USED to be 4 star worthy, but it has declined in service and quality the last couple years. They used to serve crab legs and stuffed oysters daily, and the food was great, but now they only serve crab on the weekend(not that YOU'RE LIKELY to get any, as they only fill the tray once) and the food is widely dryed up and lower quality. I still patronize, but only when I want to stuff my face relatively cheaply on a still wide variety of Chinese. The sushi is still top notch, but otherwise, don't have high expectations. Go here for the fast-food version of Chinese food, or great sushi.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. The food was just bad tasting, really greasy and really salty. The options are limited and the fruit was rotted. The whole place smells of garbage, the people loom over the poorly kept area dividers in creepy fashion. The prices are steep for the limited options and poor quality, this review is based on 2 different times ive been there, both times awful. Lunch is $9 and Dinner was $16 and there is NO difference in options. Save yourself a day of living in your bathroom and eat ANYWHERE else, thank me later.

Worst experience the servers were rude kept watching my table as if i was going to steal and literally watched me and my family eat the whole time and on top of that our bill came to 69 but checked my bank card this place charged me 84 plus a 15 dollar tip I didnt tip being watched at while eating is not tip worthy so I guarantee u i will be sueing since their servers like to steal money and I remember exactly which server it was worst place ever food made me absolutely sick anyway shouldve just went to super Chinese they never steal from u

29-DEC-2013 I will never go eat again at this place. The quality of food is disappointing, the sushi sucked and the crab legs was a mirage. We were a party of 17 people, $15.95/person . They charged 15% service for no service at all. The heat was cut off during eating. We had to ask to put the heat back ON. I think this is done on purpose to make people leave early so they save on food. This place is not the same. My recommendation is " Imperial buffet sucks". save you $$ and go some other place.

Ive been going here since it opened several years ago. Just came home from eating there tonight and the food was lousy across the board. I used to go more often after they opened (the food was really great) but as the years have gone by, I go infrequently hoping each time I went that the food would be better. Today was my last, Im done wasting my money. I know sushi is a draw for some people but I dont eat it. There are other chinese buffets Ill give my business to when the urge hits.

The food was just okay. I thought it was expensive for my three kids who had fruit, a piece of pizza and icecream. Then my husband paid the bill with a credit card and was leaving the tip in cash. The waitress came to him upset that he had not entered a tip to the credit slip. He told her that he was leaving cash and she left to run the card. Then she stood right behind him watching to see if he left a tip. Which he did! It was very uncomfortable. We will not be back.

If you want a cheap Chinese buffet, this is the place for you. No Michelin star gormet cuisine but it does have two kinds of meat on a stick, every american-chinese food recipe from your childhood and French fries. Oh and pizza. Piles of glistening, sauce coated dishes crystalized with MSG roasting under the buffet lights, decently priced bar drinks and helpful, kind staff. They have another dining room behind the buffet so theres plenty of seating.

This was awful. I ate a bite of everything trying to find something that tasted ok. Food was overcooked, oily, and bland. The egg drop soup triggered a reflux reaction. Ended up eating fruit, ice-cream, and then leaving. Waitress asked if I wanted something to drink from across the aisle as I was about to get up to leave. Ok if youre interested in mass production and consumption and assembly line service.

Terrible hostess!!! We had 3 people and a baby, and she wanted to seat us and our baby in an area with a very busy walkway. I asked for a table in a quieter area not in a walkway so the baby could sit with us at the table, but the hostess was very rude and she refused our request. Dont eat here!!!!! Extremely rude service!!!! There must be another Chinese restaurant around that treats customers better.
