No recuerdo el nombre de la mesera pero fuí hace 6 dias atras a la hora del almuerzo y la mesera que nos atendió nos dió un excelente servicio y el Chef Manager se porto super bien conmigo y mi esposo. La comida exquisita y super fresca. Es la primera vez que voy y parecia una niña pequeña admirando todas las cosas ricas que habían en el lugar. El ambiente familiar y acojedor, precios accesibles y la comida toda se veia super bien y de la que probé no me quejo, todo perfecto.

We should have seen the sign when we walked in @ 6pm on a Saturday. There were no clean cups, the ice machine was empty and the Sweet Tea canister was empty. We asked the Cashier about the empty canister and she told us that she was only one person and would refill when she gets a chance. The utensils and plates were stacked with dried food particles (guess dishwasher was not working too good), the food trays were low and empty (it took a while for them to refill), and the desserts looked like they were sitting there for days - hard and dried out. We had not been there in months because of the bad quality. We took a chance for the kids - BAD IDEA! Wont make that mistake again. Oh, one question - Whos idea was it to keep breakfast as an all day thing? That looked worst than the regular food. Has Golden Corral always been like this and were just realizing?? Tsk Tsk Tsk!

The food was horrible! The service was unorganized and not welcoming. This was my first experience with Golden Corral and it wasnt a good one. When I walked in with my family there was no one at the front to greet us. After waiting for 10 minutes, I just walked through the dining room to find someone that works there. They sent the person that was supposed to be at the front and that took another 10-15 minutes because she didnt know how to work the cash register. We finally seated ourselves and it was a scene from the twilight zone... I swear! The waitress was not enthused about being there. Went to get beverages after another 15 minutes of waiting for cups and of course theres no ice. Of course the drinks area becomes crowded and its super messy... drinks spilled everywhere. I requested the check shortly after, paid and was out of there.

Dirty Everything!!!!!!!! U pick up silverware and its gross. All cruddy, so u have to pick through it to find decent ones. The plates r the same. Then you go to get your food and whats there is dried out & luke warm. So u wait for food to be refilled and u wait and wait. And why is some of the food so highly seasoned?? It makes it inedible. Steak is poor quality, with grissel running all through it. If you want steak mid-rare u have to ask for medium. They dont cook steak well. Not that its good anyway!! The chicken is consistently undercooked. I know to always check before eating. Dont they understand this can kill people?? The only bright spot is the desserts. Good selection & even sugar free options. The high premium that u pay on weekends is a joke.Truly this place is so hit or miss that i am going to miss it from now on.

Hi. I and two others came to your place to take advantage of your catfish special yesterday. It was great! we loved it and all the food you offered that we ate. I do want to take this moment to ask if you would consider using a batter with less salt. Most senior citizen have to cut back on the salt because of health reasons. My friends and I want to return very soon, we wanted to know if there is any thing you can do to decrease the salt now? The service we received by Latoya was EXCELLANT. she was always pleasent, ready to help with a smile, and her attitude was freindly. When we come back we hope her section isnt full, because we appreciate how she serviced us willingly and with sweet kindness. I do hope you consider not using so much salt on your next special for senior citizens.

The breakfast bar here is great (both in the variety and freshness of the food) and Ive generally had very good experiences. The last time, though, I sat for 20 minutes waiting for the waitress (they are all waitresses) assigned to my table to come over and finally had to approach someone clearing tables to get some service. (Normally, this would be no problem at a buffet but, for some odd reason, the drinks are brought by the waitress; you dont get them yourself.) Aside from this, Ive only had good experiences here, although my main experience is with breakfast rather than lunch or dinner. BTW: The value is good, too. The cost of my breakfast (as a senior) is comparable to what Friendlys, Bob Evans or Perkins would charge for a platter with eggs, meat and pancakes.

The Delran NJ location really needs help. The employees that were there were very nice and courteous. However they need more help! When we walked in, no one was at the register for quite awhile. We found out why. The man who finally came to ring us up and seat us was also our waiter. Come on! 3 jobs for one person? He needs help! When I went up to one of the food stations, I stood at the meat carving station trying to figure out if I was supposed to serve myself or someone was to carve it for me. Someone finally came to help me. Seriously I think I only saw a small handful of employees here. It is just not enough! Overall, the food was good except the fresh strawberries. All of the ones that were nearer to the bottom of the bin were hairy and moldy! Yuck!

DISGUSTING! I normally dont rate places because I never really have that much of a problem with restaurants, but this one is disgusting! My family & I went there & off the back the floors were dirty, we thought nothing of it & proceeded. My mother in law found a long piece of hair in her food. When she told the manager he acted as if it was a common thing. On top of that the bathroom there was the nastiest Ive ever seen a restaurant have. It looked as bad as a gas stations bathroom. The silverware was nasty. It had white spots on them. It was so nasty that I to clean it off myself with hand sanitizer. Like I said, I normally dont give ratings to places, but this I had too! My family & I were completely disgusted!

The strawberries were horrible. They looked months old not days MONTHS. The chicken didnt looked cooked and another customer had an issue with the chicken being fully cooked also and one of the workers argued with her in front of all of us instead of trying to make the situation better. The dressing was labeled wrong. The bathroom wasnt cleaned. The little hamburgers were so salty I couldnt even eat it. I swear the must of dumped the meat into a box of salt. We asked for fresh pizza 30 mins later no fresh cheese pizza. This place is amazing in the south but here in the tristate area. Its the worse Just go to a real restaurant.
