This restaurant had really good food but the service was really bad the waitress refused to refill my drink and kept staring at me the whole time I ate I thought really uncomfortable and the whole time I ate my meal they kept speaking in in another language making me feel uncomfortable actually felt like they were talking about me and I just feel as if it was very rude because when youre at work you shouldnt be speaking loudly with your coworkers in another language and in peoples ears and approximately when I was leaving I did not want to leave a tip because I did not enjoy my meal and the manager of the restaurant literally told me that I didnt tip out loud and asked me why didnt tip and then called me a liar for no reason this is one of the worst experience Ive ever had at any restaurant. And I will never go back and I definitely recommend that no one ever step foot in his building again if youd like good food stay away because this place had OK food and for the price it was not worth it !!!

Good buffet overall. The food is always tasty when I go. However the last time I went ( a couple of months ago) I was overcharged $20. What took place was, I used a H.R Block gift card/ debit card instead of my regular debit card. The cashier said she will cancel the transaction and put the money back to my card so that I can use my debit card instead. Unfortunately the money never went back to my card. I let them know and they said to talk to H R Block. Till this day, I was never reimbursed.I would say be conscientious of what form payment you are using. Other than that, if you just want to go for the food and dont care much whether the servers interact with you or be mindful and nice, I highly suggest this place.

I have been coming here for years eating the food here....the food is awesome thats not my complaint but when I just spent money on there and you provided bad waitress service she was rude reaching Infront of us for plates without saying excuse me or nothing didnt refill our drinks and then on top of it all when we go to leave she not going to let us leave without tipping her are you kidding me .after the service we just got from her no I dont think so. I always leave a 20$ but for good service not for crappy service like she provided...she would not allow us to leave or speak to the manager this is the last time I ever eat here again which is sad when I get been coming here for 8 years wow

Not happy at all. Me and my wife went to have lunch there at 1235 pm and ate off the Buffet menu and at 1259 pm we was given our bill with 2 fortune cookies . we wasnt even done with our first plates ... We was rushed out of there ... Not a good feeling... I dont think I will be there ever again. Even the people who sat across from us who got there at the same time as us noticed the same thing. They asked us why they gave us a bill already we was like I dont know... They didnt get a bill but maybe cause they was Chinese ...

Worst service ever. Got there around 8:35pm plave closes at 10:30pm. The food looked like it was sitting there for a while all dried up. Their american food was dry and cold and hard. My kids could not chew on the pizza and chicken fingers. I also noticed black mold in the window by where they sat us. Not only that when asked if they were going to bring fresh food out they asked what and how many. Its a buffet isnt it. Please do not waste your time the bathroom also was dirty and had pee all over the floor.

Horrible service and servers that by the way are very rude we werent at that place not even half an hour when she was asking us to leave because she wanted to make space for others and to top it off she was sick and coughing on everything and she also told a paying customer he ate to much keep in mind its a buffet never again and FYI the place was uncleaned and dirty I didnt eat no thanks

My experience was very good, the majority of the food was so good, with awesome taste, some were not, but thats okay, my family was pleased since we havent went over 7 years ago, so we found out its better than what it was before, great service, just a little advice have more variety of fruits, and deserts, and we are planning on going again next year inviting our neighbors.

Food is not as shown as it looks on the pictures. Crowded when tour groups dinning in. Food cannot be refilled and waitress are very rude to every customers , even little kids. They just want to make you angry and leave. Bad that there is no zero star choice. Strongly not recommend. You can get much better experience in any other buffet with similar price.

The food is amazing and is the best Chinese food ever. The service is fast and very kind and humble. Its nice to leave a tip $1 per person to the servers who serve you your refreshments and who take your plates away so you may go eat for 2nds and 3rds. Most of the people here who are bad mouthing this place by reviews are just spam.

Not as good as any other, literally double bins of a lot of foods. Also no hibachi, no suchi, also no ice cream. 2 bins of fried chicken, crab rangoon, seafood medley. Also service is bad as i didnt get refills until i asked. food is meh, but eattable. Found someones puke in a stall. i wouldnt reccommend.

Its a OK place to eat at, the food is just your basic American Chinese food. A pity that the crab rangoons were not that hot and crispy. Service is good though. Also looking at the photos on Google maps, I see a variety of sushi but I dont see sushi in the restaurant.

Very rude Chinese girls . I witnessed her shouting at a customer because she couldnt understand English. Humiliated the guy who brought in three other guys to eat but made it clear that it is for three people. . Just going to ask her name and I will post it here .

Food is ok. But service is really a 0 they rush you to finish eating them get mad and asks for tips. The ONLY buffet that rushes you out and they wonder why people dont tip. Only GOOD service deserves a tip. NEEDS MAJOR RE-TRAINING Remember no customers NO JOB

Tin Tin was terrible. The food is not good quality and the 2 times I went there, I got food poisoning. Even though it is an all you can eat buffet, I would definitely not recommend it. Also, the service is very bad.
