This place is horrible! ( just this specific location.. Fenway is amazing ( chelsea the bartender is amazing at Fenway ) BUT CHELSEA THE WAITRESS IN EVERETT ? is TERRIBLE she knows nothing about what it takes to be a waitress ... last time we came she was in training and gave us dirty utensils to the point where we had to ask for plastic utensils.. Yesterday (my birthday) I stopped by with my gf and we ordered 2 courses an appetizer which we got with no plates no napkins nothing then our food takes 45 min after we were done with apps and CHELSEA as smart as shes not comes up to us and tells us our food will be out in A FEW MINUTES 25 minutes later she says the kitchen is backed up she only has some of our food to bring ( meaning the food that was done has been just sitting ) the food she brings is frozen been sitting there for about 25 minutes but we decide lets not fight lets eat it COLD but then she nrings out the rest YOU COULD SMELL THE BURN SMELL WHEN SHE PUT IT DOWN. So so far we waited 45 minutes for cold food and an extra 15 minutes for the last plate and it was BURNT !!! CHELSEA (she must be from dirty Chelsea MA ) never checked in she never asked how everything was we had to force ourselves to get to a manager .. this isnt a bad place I come here a lot and will go back but if you go DO NOT GET CHELSEA ASK FOR ANOTHER WAITRESS SHE IS THE WORSE WAITRESS IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED but there was a very nice Spanish girl who took care of her guests the correct way (chunky cheeks) she knows what shes doing CHELSEA RUINED MY BIRTHDAY SHE SHOULD BE FIRED BUT SHE WONT SO READ YOUR NAPKIN IF IT SAYS CHELSEA RUN!!! Dont lets the smile fool you your in for a nightmare dinner. ( Im not a bully I hate ridiculing people but Chelsea deserves it she showed she didnt care thats why she got no tip AND I HOPE NOW SHE CARES MORE OR SIMPLY FINDS ANOTHER PROFESSION LIKE NOT CUSTOMER FACING

I have never experienced such horrible service. As we were seated we noticed a manager apologizing to another table who had a dissatisfied customer and heard the manager say he was sorry and would not charge for the food. As our pizza was delivered to out table the waitress dropped it on the floor. The manager apologized and said he wouldnt charge for the pizza and made us a new one. My fiancee had steak and fries w no ketchup or steak knife he used a butter knife to cut the steak. Meanwhile the table next to us got an order of mozzarella sticks w marinara sauce when it was brought to their table they dropped the marinara sauce all over the ladies dress, apologized once again and took it off their Bill. It was a disgrace time to hire some new help :(

I always did love Uno. Im obsessed with the potato skins but its just so fat its ridiculous. The restaurant is good and I like how they have advanced technology in order to both Entertain You and make your experience all the more smooth and better. Though I dont find myself using the technology that much anyways but its cool that its available. Now that I dont eat as much meat though I dont find myself visiting this place as often as I used to which is probably a good thing for my health considering almost every menu item is unhealthy and fat. But as far as delicious this place definitely excels in. My only recommendation is adding some vegetarian and vegan options to the menu to appeal to a wider audience and bring in more customers.

Came in on a Saturday for brunch, early dinner. Appetizers ok but not great. Order a surf and turf... the steak was the size of a chesse burger pattie from McDonalds, lobster roll was handicapped. No steak knife, no ketchup. Ready for the big fiasco??? Ordered a deep dish pizza, the plate was so deep that the entire pizza ended up under the dinning table, pepperoni all over the floor. Waitress clean up the mess with table napkins without no gloves and finally she has some clarity and realized that they have mops.... The table next to us the waitress drop a marinara sauce side order on the ladies dress. Manager come to us and said - we have a pizza accident". This place is an exceptional fiasco.

I went down for the Monday night discount pizza special. From the moment I walked in there was a lot of confusion about what I could get or what I could not yet at the discount price of $5. Anyways I sat down the waitress I had was very nice she knew the details down pat. Unfortunately I did not get what I thought I was going to get though. Of course this was not her fault. Let me say this though for what was brought out even at the discount price was not even worth $3. As the saying goes buyer beware.

We waited a really long time seated for the waiter that never came so we left. The second time we tried I felt the host was a bit racist and maybe didnt like how I looked. Both time I felt really bad just by being there, I cant explain so I just dont recommend this place at all. Ill tell you to go to the McDonalds next door to them but dont go to UNO.

The worst dinner in my life ,,the waitress call Nicole took the order ,only half of my order came to the table we were so hungry the food never come over finally we ask and the waitress never put the order ...dont even bussy they just not care about my table ,,, worsst ,worst .....dont go there ...

It seems as though most of these negative reviews were written by people who have never had to work in this industry, or possibly anywhere ever. From my years of patronizing, I feel that the staff collaborates well with the menu selection, and I experience a pleasant experience eveytime. THANK U STAFF

Went here while staying at the hotel next door were very disappointed when they told us we could not get a drink at the bar while we waited for the estimated 40 minutes. There were spots at the bar and pub tables which were not being used for dinner customers at the time.

Order in 9:15 still standing at the here 10:08 seriously and they said its busy with the entire left side of restaurant empty do better please pathetic excuses. From everyone simply do better. last note manager left hostess to deal with issue wont be back for sure

Great service by maureen love my experience with her i am also a server/bartender or 35 years so i do understand the ups and downs of the customer service we strive to provide maureen is a great and proffesional assest to your company and hopefully rewarded

Menu is loaded up with comfort food. Dish execution is good. We ordered 5 different items off the menu and all of them tasted really good. Staff is friendly. Basicaly, if you want general american fare in a family dining experience, this is a solid choice.
