I finf that if you get there for a meal, and not just the late night menu, earlier in the eve, your food comes out when its supposed to (soup/salad, appetizers, then meal), instead of one right on top of the other, & at the right temp. It can get very busy, and very loud, and if you are unfortunate enough to get a not-so-skilled waitperson, you could end up waiting foreverrrrrrr to get back to ur table each time she leaves. The food is excellent, but can also be inconsistent. Although, it does seem better all around, on a not so busy time or day.

Went from being a good spot to go with my gf to a place I will not step foot in again! Been here multiple times and decided to go for the Mayweather fight. Got harassed by the "owner" for not spending enough money.. Did not get asked why I waited over 90 mins for a table or tell him we spent plenty of $$$ at the bar. He bragged how he spent 4gs on the broadcast? Glad all the other customers got to see the little show he performed. Who does that? Bunch of uneducated thugs running the joint there. Definitely a shame as I used to enjoy it there!!!

These people are terrible. I asked to substitute shrimp for clams on fisherman platter. Shrimp are less than half the price of clams. I was told I could not substitute. Although the menu states that if clams are not available, shrimp will be substituted. They said I would have to take the clams(which I do not like and will not eat) and pay 5 dollar upcharge for shrimp. Asked for the manager to explain, says its owners policy to give clams if they have clams. I guess they dont care what the customer wants........

The manager Beth was completely unprofessional, had a problem with my meal. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told she left , there was a assistant manager on so I asked to speak with her. Was told by the waitress she took off the food and drink I wasnt happy with. She didnt come to my table to introduce herself and(or) apologize . This is a horrible place for food and customer service. Its basically a place you go to get drunk at. Not a family place at all !! Dont waste your time

Horrible. Went to watch fight and disorganized and horribly managed. After spending $100 plus, asked for tap water; given and charged for $2 bottle water. Told "against policy to serve tap" when questioned why gentlemen next to me had one stated "rules are different for regulars". Never again. Lost my business and your tip

We usually love it food hot and quick. But today the chicken sandwich was like rubber . Could not eat it at all. So we sent back and waitress comes back saying cook is really sorry. No the cook should come out and say he is sorry. Waitress was very nice and gave us a free dessert but was a little disappointed today.

Drinks were small and exspencive, food high priced for quality and portion an my husband ordered a burger medium an it could have walked itself to the table . Mine for a serlion was full of gristle an the steamed vegetables were still hard . All in all Ill never return or refer going
