I love bagel world. Their bagels are always fresh and the sandwiches are great. The only complaint is have is their poor operational structure. At all locations theres usually a long wait. I think because its family owned and ran, they havent set in place a good enough system to meet the supply and demand. If they hired someone to fix this, I think theyd easily triple the profits. I say this because most times with the Reading, MA location, we turn out of the line because its clear theyre understaffed and it literally takes 30 minutes just to go through the drive thru, and probably 20 mins waiting in line inside.

The best bagel place in Massachusetts!! I have been eating bagels my whole life and usually we would always get them from a Jewish bakery. Since Bagel World has opened I will not go any place else! They are large and cooked perfectly with top half light and fluffy and the bottom with a nice crust. I cringe when people order them toasted as they are absolutely perfect just as they are. My favorite is the wildberry with a mix of olive cream cheese and chive cream cheese. When in the mood for lox I get the everything bagel. Their bagel sandwiches are also delicious, especially the chicken salad!

Outstanding bagels, really good location and lox cream cheese. Quite nice pastrami. Only downside is the Everything bagels are inconsistent: sometimes absolutely perfect, occasionally oversalted to the point of inedibility. But this place is so good that it STILL gets five stars from me. Sometimes the drivethrough is so slammed that it can take 20 mins, so look before you leap.

1. Great bagels 2. Baked fresh right there - serious yum 3. Excellent service 4. Terrific bagel sandwiches 5. V competitive prices 6. Lots of variety in bagels & fillers. 7. Two words: New Pickels!! 8. A whole lot closer than Brooklyn 9. Just walk in - the aroma alone will make you happier 10. Bakers dozen - order 12 for home, get one more for a nosh on the ride home

Love their bagel sandwiches and fresh veggies. Just wished they closed later. Ive also had moments where they dont answer their phones when you are trying to place an order for pick up. I get it, it gets busy since its so good. But maybe have one person in charge of the phone and passing out the orders

Best bagels in greater boston, and i do love (and know) bagels. Crispy light exterior, chewy not-too-dense interior...everything a bagel should be. Big bagels, great service. .. Good flavored cream cheeses too. My favorite bagel is spinach, unique and awesome. So worth the drive from Boston.

Excellent, fresh bagels and great service. Lines can be very long at prime times but they move quickly and the food is worth the wait! Its worth noting that the prices are very reasonable. We typically buy a bakers dozen and 2 tubs of cream cheese and pay about 13 bucks!

You will not find a better bagel!!! Prices are good. Have ALWAYS experienced friendly and efficient employees. Wait times can be up to 15 minutes during peak times (I only go on weekends) but its worth the wait. Bagels freeze well too.

I love Bagel World. I have been to 3 locations and although it gets busy the food is always amazing. Their coldcut and breakfast sandwiches are fresh and full. The range of bagel flavors wont disappoint.

Bagels are pretty average, but I rate this place decently because they are the best Bagels around. Theyre just nothing special, but why would you expect amazing Bagels on the north shore?

I absolutely am addicted to this place. Their bagels are great; their cream cheese is delicious! However, always try to get there as early as possible because there is inevitably a line.

Even New Yorkers I speak to can vouch for the authenticity of these bagels, not to mention the lines on the weekends. French Toast bagels forever, but all flavors are excellent!

Bagle was under done. And the lox cream cheese was sparse and bland. Since it has been a while between visits because of the distance, i dont think i will be comming back. :-(

My 3 stars is mostly because of the taste of bagels. They are just OK. They have a good selection on toppings and types of bagels and they arent bad just not that great.

Great bagels and bagel sandwiches. They have quite a few selections of bagels to choose from, but if you go late, your choices may be limited. Sandwiches are huge!

The salem location is the best, followed by sylvan St in Peabody. I frequently get the wrong order or poor customer service at the Rt 1 location.

Delicious bagels. If you are in a hurry you may want to visit later in the day, this place can get insanely busy on weekend mornings.

Best bagel around Northshore area. It will always be crowded in the morning due to their quality and taste of the bagel.
