Back Bay Bagel Company has hands down the best bagels in the area, no comparison between them and dunkin, please support this local company and not the DD poor excuse for a bagel. Everything at Back Bay is cooked right there in their kitchen, the prices are extremely low, they have all of their bagel flavors posted in chalk (nice touch) on their boards above and you can add anything to them for a very reasonable rate (eggs, cheese, ham, bacon, sausage, you name it theyll put it on there) along with beverages that are also very affordable compared to the guys across the street. The staff is super friendly but just remember to get there early on the weekends because once those bagels are gone, theyre gone for the day, and you have to compete with the Stonehill college crowd as well as the locals who know this is the place to get the best breakfast bagel, or two.

The customer service is aweful, I purchased a panani a cookie and a fountain drink it cost $10.06 the panani was probably the worst sandwich I have ever tasted I only could take one bite. The cookie was good, but even the drink was gross as it was supposed to be pink lemonade and tasted like soda water? Maybe they have good bagels but for the service they offer I would never go back I didnt get a hello or thank you the only thing that was said to me is "are you ready" (to place my order) and "what did you get" at the register.

Let me start by saying I love the food! The bagels are yummy and the sandwiches are always delicious. The customer service however is lacking... not the very nice college kids that make the sandwiches but the unfriendly, sour-puss of a woman behind the counter. I eat at Back Bay Bagel every day and I have never received a thank you, a smile or anything but her chilly disposition and my change. If she is the owner, PLEASE step down.... let the friendly people with personality greet customers.

This place has REAL bagels, nothing like you get at Dunks or Honey Dew. They have the best variety (although I always seem to stick to my favorite, sunflower), fresh cut peppers and carrots in their veggie cream cheese and coffee options the way I like them (brewed flavored coffees, not flavored syrups). I could go here every day : )

Back Bay is the best bagel place in Southeastern Massachusetts. Ive been coming here since I was a college student. Theyre always busy, despite being directly adjacent to Dunkin Donuts and across the street from a Starbucks. That tells me a lot. If you want a good bagel or an excellent deli sandwich, Back Bay is the go-to option.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The bagels are The Best I have ever had, especially the smoked salmon sandwich. The staff is fast, friendly, and good. The pricing is on par with any mainstream breakfast place, which in my opinion makes them extremely affordable. Back Bay is the best part of my commute.

Why anyone would go to the other breakfast joint in this plaza for bagels is beyond me. Large, soft, chewy and delicious. We go every sunday to pickup a 1/2 dozen bagels and their whipped cream cheese and are never disappointed. The young staff behind the counter are typically top notch as well.

This is my favorite place to go and get a bagel! My boyfriend and I frequently stop here to get breakfast on our way to work, and we are in love with the BLT on a bagel. The staff is mostly made up of college students, so there is a lot of turn over, but the workers are friendly and fast!

Hands down the best bagels! Got some when friends from NYC visited, when they finished rolling their eyes at being served bagels, they couldnt believe that I got them in Brockton, not Brookline, Brockton! Fresh cream cheese varieties. Love the one with scallions. Yum

Average bagels and really really really watered down, weak coffee. Staff is SUPER friendly and they can crank out a toast and shmear, super fast. Not mind blowing, but theyll get you an affordable breakfast real quick; way better than stopping at a Dunkin.

Excellent bagels. BEST BAGEL BREAKFAST SANDWICHES. Very popular and wait can sometimes be long. GET THERE EARLY ON WEEKENDS because they may run out of bagels by noon...but their wrap sandwiches are good, too.
