I recently had an order shipped out of state to a friend who had a death in the family. I was in reactive mode and can tell you that BellaVella stepped up to the plate and got my order in promptly and delivered the goods expediously. My friends were grateful to receive home baked goods instead of a fruit basket (they live in FL) or flowers that would just die. It was a really nice alernative and a great way to show them that they were being thought of and it was also nice because they had so many visitors, it allowed her to put out some delicious treats without going through any hassle of buying them or making them herself during a difficult time. The package came beautifully gift wrapped and she said the cookies were just amazing!!! I ordered the Raspberry Jam and Peanut Butter cookies and given how sucessful this went, I will be sure to order again. Darlene at Bellavella is a sharp cookie (no pun intended)! I Have Purchased from Bella Vella and when You receive Your Package Its like opening a gift.Each Cookie Is wrapped Individualy and Placed In a Pink Gift box with beautiful ribbon & a card.Great Presentation! These would be the Perfect gift for that "Someone Extra Special" We all Love Comfort Food.What a way To say I Love You with a Touch Of Class.Ive tried Most of Their Cookies and I really cant Pin-Point a Favorite.There all Delicious,Extraordinary Homemade with a Lot of T.L.C. I live in West Kentucky and wanted to have something delivered to a friend in Boston for her birthday. At first I thought flowers, but often times you dont know what youre actually giving when you send flowers. I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies and she LOVED THEM. She said that everyone at her work wanted to be my friend so Id send them cookies on their birthdays as well. Darlene was consummate professional. She made the process of figuring out where to deliver the cookies effortless on my part. Bellavella provides the kind of customer service that every company should have. Bellavella is wonderful! I had cookies delivered to my husband who is away on business for two months. After calling so many places, I thankfully found Bellavella. Darlene was personable and helpful and made sure that he received his yummy peanut butter cup cookies. He called me and was so grateful and mentioned how cute the packaging was and how delicious the cookies were. It made me feel great because even though I cant be there, he knows I was thinking of him. I highly recommend Bellavella for quality cookies and FANTASTIC customer service!

I recently had the opportunity to bite into the BEST tasting chocolate chip cookie I ever ate! They are made to perfection! My entire family agrees with me on this as well. We were talking about how good they were for days! I also placed an order for a gift for a friend. The service was fast and Darlene was very helpful and professional. The Italian anise cookies are just like your grandmother made, can’t get any better!! They have the most delicious chocolate chip cookies you will ever eat!! The cookies are also beautifully packaged like a gift, great to bring for company or send for an occasion. Bella Vella was recommended by a friend, since first trying them, I’ve used them several times to send gift treats. EVERYONE LOVES THEM!!
