good but its too crowded! i dont like the way its set up one entrance leads to the street the other just the parking lot? ( keep in mind also that this Location shares its lot with Applebees next door so parking can be difficult unless you park at the T Station Lot its very small) also there isnt really a crosswalk that leads directly to the North Quincy Station you have to cross a very busy street fine if you want a quick meal but i wouldnt recommend staying the cashier / pick up line is literally right when you enter so the WHOLE time while your standing there waiting your either in the way of people waiting to order or pick up food also watch out for the narrow tiny hall that leads to tables its just enough room for people to enter/ exit its so easy to bump into people here they should have done a better job with this apart from that the rest is fine service is good and prices are reasonable although the drink station has more drinks than coffee or tea. and you dont need a code for the restrooms unlike other locations.

The food and drinks are good .service is helpful and friendly for the most part . I dont like how I felt like I was an inconvenience to be ordering . As if one of the management didnt like waiting on me and actually said under her breath this guy doesnt even know the menu. It was my first time there . At that location. I had to get up 3 different times for the bakery ,food ,and drinks . Then another 2 times to look for condiments and eating utensils all kept at different locations .it seems like one of the management just didnt like waiting on the customers . If thats the case she should stay home .or not work so much. we are here to give you business. Keep up the good work. And give us what we want. We should have the option of getting the frozen power drink being in large . Thankyou for giving us the benifits of the doubt . The system is confusing. The staff was great .over all. Thankyou for reading.

This location has gone down hill. Its awful. The past 3 times Ive gone there ive come home to my orders messed up. Something as simple as a muffin they cant get right. The employees are rude and disrespectful to the customers. One night while i was in line, an older woman wanted to ask the girl behind the counter a question. She wasnt trying to skip the line, she just had a question about the menu. The employee nastily responded that she needed to be patient and wait her turn. Today i ordered a breakfast sandwich and a muffin. Both were not what I asked for. Im done with this place.

I experienced very rude behavior by Christine. She would not take my order the proceeded to practically push in front of a coworker who was making an order with rude language. The order worker Emma did take my order. Christine then kept watching me to see if I would react which I didnt. I decided to contact panels instead. Its very sad that this person is front line staff because she ruined my thoughts about Panera.

This restaurant was clean when entered. Staff smiling when approaching counter. Very pleasant order taker Sandwich was made to perfection. I say that because I always like Extra Toms, Lettuce and Onions. Lots of sandwich places including other Paneras seem to forget it. This Turkey,Swiss with Extra Letter,toms,onion om honey wheat, was a well stacked piece of heaven. Well done North Quincy Station Panera well Done.

Very good sandwich shop. Fantastic customer service. I showed up to pick up a to go order (Id never been there before). I was immediately met at the door by an employee who asked if there was anything she could do. Told her that I was there for a pickup and she immediately went to go get it and cash me out. Great experience!

Great staff but they really need to fix their WiFi. Its been several months now that Ive noticed their WiFi has been consistently slow at all hours during the day. (Slow as in web pages not loading) Its one of the reasons why I havent been there as often. This Panera Bread could also use some upgrades.

The service here was okay, it was incredibly busy when I dined at this location. The servers were veey flustered and didnt ask if I wanted baguette or apple. The food preparers were incredibly efficient and got my order 100%. Ive been to better Paneras, this one was pretty standard. Nothing special.

The baked goods come from a box frozen, they never wash there sheet pans for the bakery, the bakers hygiene are disgusting never washing there hands, if it falls on the floor, they dont waste it.they dont care about presentation, the managers I must say are very nice people and deserve alot more.
