BY FAR Hannaford Supermarket is, in my humble opinion, the best grocery shopping experience to be had locally. There is not a single employee that I have encountered who is any less than willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help meet the needs of a customer. The produce is fresh and crisp, the bakery is top-notch, the meats are perfect and delectable at all times and the selection of everything from organic to difficult to find herbs and spices is vast, to say the least. On top of that, the cleanliness of the store is nothing less than pristine. The last time I was there, I actually sought out the store manager to tell him what a pleasure it was to do my weekly grocery shopping at his store. At the risk of being repetitive, I say again, Hannafords is BY FAR the best grocery shopping experience to be had in this area.

I love this Hannaford. However today i went in there to ASK to put in an order for some cookies and i was told that i could not do that and even if the employee was going to make cookies she wasnt going to do it for a few hours. She was really rude and unprofessional and did not even apologize to me for being so rude. Thankfully the store manager Derek was nice enough to listen to our complaint and make the order for us. He was professional and courteous.

Ten years ago Id have given Hannaford a solid five stars. One of the main reasons Ive given them three stars is because over the years the quality of their produce has drastically declined. I also no longer find them to be competitive. While they often have good sales and maintain lower prices from many local companies, I find Im more so stopping there to pick up only a few items, but rarely do a full shop.

I love this store. Great Healthfood section & organic vegetable selection, could offer more though - but it is my main reason for shopping there. It is clean, restrooms are fairly well taken care of, not excellent but good! I love being able to communicate with & make requests to corporate & they respond. Customers like to know they are listened to, another reason I shop there... They value your business.

A bit pricy, but people are friendly and helpful. Except- their inventory could be better. We buy up all of a particular tuscan bread when we can because they often dont have any left. They wont increase their stock of three loaves for the week, even though its usually sold out.. meanwhile they have a pile of other bread that wont work for us.

Pricing is decent.....cheaper on some things, pricey on others. Meat and produce are excellent for a super market. Bakery and deli are good. The employees are great, always very friendly and helpful. My only gripe is they are always out of something....I shop there weekly, and every week there is something on my list I dont get to fulfill.

As weird as it seems, this store is brighter, cleaner, with friendlier staff, and clearly upscale from the competition, but I save money. How can they have such a great place and not be expensive I dont know, but I drive past 5 other supermarkets to get to this one.

Great and helpful staff. Staff is accessible and out front. Immaculately clean store. Produce is very fresh. The butcher shop is the apex of this market. I would not buy meat any where else. Perfectly cut to order. Much better than Whole Foods! A gem!

Very pleasant shopping experience. The store is nicer to be in than a comparably sized Stop & Stop. I commute to Taunton down 44 from Providence and this is the best place to stop and pick something up on the way home.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Although the store seems split in two and gets odd by the produce. You almost have to back track to get to the registers from there. Other than that, nice and bright and clean.
