Well sad to say i have ordered from Roslindale House of Pizza for quite some time now... Today i got the experience that i thought I would never have. I called in an order at 12:17pm. At 1:30pm I noticed that my delivery for lunch had not arrived yet so I decided to do what any HUNGRY customer wouldve done and that is to call and see what is going on. So I called and a female picked up the phone and I said in a very calm way "Hey whats going on with my order that I called in an hour and 10 mins ago" She then starts to tell me an excuse of how the driver had to go back to a different location and then she mentioned something about car trouble.. So then i said ok well a courtesy call wouldve been ok and she then ended the call by saying " I will do what i have to do, and you do what you have to do".... So i guess with that said, I will not be ordering food from here again. So i guess what i am trying to say is that if you DONT care of the time you will get your delivery for food (reasonably speaking) then you can order here and will get before the NEXT DAY... Otherwise go somewhere else because they did nothing to compensate for the lenth of time that it took for the order to get to me.

I think there is better pie nearby. I am new to JP, but so far prefer JP House of Pizza over Roslindale House of Pizza. I love cheese and a lot of it on pizza, but I think this pizza has too much cheese. The crust if OK, but nothing special. I was caught between giving this place 2 or 3 stars, but decided to go on the low side in order to move the needle in order to alert future newbies that there are superior choices not far away. One good thing...its cheap...like $10 or $11 for a large cheese.

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE star I would! I literally live 10 min drive away, ordered delivery waited about 1 hour before I called to check status and the lady who Im assuming is the owner said " if I cant wait for the delivery I should find another place to eat from, ." and HUNG up in my face! Do not order from this place! Terrible customer service and after reading other reviews It says someone found a bandaid in their food! GROSS!! Im glad my order never got to me!
