This USED to be my favorite Chinese buffet in Milford, MA. However, there are a several negative changes in the quality of the food and atmosphere that should be considered. In the last few years many of Imperials buffet items have become dry, desiccated and greasy - the chicken wings are a prime example of this trend. This is partly a function of buffet trays sitting under the heat lamps for too long and partly due to cutting corners on ingredient quality. Another change over the years is the freezer of frozen dessert cakes used to include high quality chocolate mousse and cheesecake offerings. Imperial still offers cakes as part of the buffet but the flavor of these cakes can be approximated by eating a cardboard pizza box. How the mighty have fallen! On the upside, their Dinner and Sunday buffets do include the Sushi Bar, which is the best of Milfords few Sushi buffet offerings. This is superior to the Milford Mandarins sushi buffet offerings. The lunch buffet doesnt include sushi, but in its place, the sushi bar counter will have shish kebabs and other cooked food. This food is freshly prepared and higher quality than the buffet items in the main area drying under those relentless heat lamps. Finally, a word of warning for those not blessed with deafness: the music played over the PA system. There is something memorably disturbing about Jesus songs sung by a chorus of small children set to a corny Americanized-chinese soundtrack. As someone who is older than a preschooler, it sounds condescending, creepy, and perplexing as to what the staff are thinking. Like the food quality, it used to be enjoyable- they used to play acoustic string instrumentals with an Asian flair. So, if you can digest in the numbing acoustics of an childrens pep rally and are just interested in Sushi in all you can eat- give Imperal a try. Otherwise, consider other nearby options for Chinese buffet.

the food was very good,even though i didnt risk to try sushi with raw fish or raw oysters,u never know how long there were sitting there for. the staff is a bit annoying,they walk in circles around the tables over and over again,most of them dont speak english well enough to answer simple questions. I guess they watch the customers in case someone would wanna steal the food lol. another terrible fact-the dinner for 2 was about 30 bucks so i left a 2 dollar tip,32 total. i dont see why i should leave 20%,its a buffet after all,the waiters dont do much work. but when i checked my credit card statement,i got charged 36! so obviously they somehow cheated and stole 4 dollars from me! be beware of that. no big deal,im not gonna call or anything but if they cheat a lot of people 4 bux each theyll be rich by the end of the day! gonna pay cash there next time

This place is awful. The name is changed to Sky Buffet. Their website shows a nice variety of desserts in a glass case. We went for dinner and soon realized that there was a poor selection of food. They didnt even have chow mein. My wife found the food wasnt warm enough. We also had poor service. After we paid the expensive bill for a Chinese buffet, I stopped at the front desk to ask the manager why the food that is shown on their website, like the fancy desserts, didnt exist. His response with a smirk was that they must have ran out of it. Beware of this place. We will never return.

Varied selection of traditional american chinese fare coupled with several all American options and a nice dessert spread to boot leaves Sky Buffet near the top of the list when it comes to finding a place that picky eaters will enjoy. That being said, non picky eaters will find plenty of options to enjoy as well. If youre looking for a Chinese option that doesnt represent feel as though youre actually in China, and are willing to spend a little extra to widen the variety of options presented to you, Sky Buffet is a wonderful choice.

The food is getting worse. Staff is getting worse. We really used to like this place. The Koi pond bridge entrance is nice and gives it a good atmosphere but then you sit and eat. Prices arent too bad and parking is ample. Needs a to make some changes. Ill pass and try one of the many better buffets in the area next time.

The food is great, and there is a very wide variety! But the waiters are stupid and rude. There is a rather large bridge with a pond underneath where there are about 50 fish, and its just like eating in china! I love this place and you should seriously come here!!!

This place is horrible. The food is terrible and the entire seating area smells like throw up. Take your money some place else. If you dont believe me go there and see for yourself! Oh and when you find im right, they wont give you a refund!

Good food, they need to keep it warm though! Everything was cold! The lemonade was slamming though! Tons of shrimp choices, and the over populated fish pond was a good touch. Id come back again, not my first choice though

Very good variety of food, which includes veggie, seafood, meat and nice menu for dessert. Dinner is about $15 per person but its worth it. Keep up with the good service
