Ive been a customer here for decades. The food is good for the most part. Tonight I went in at 8 pm when closing at 10. I hoped there would be fresh food, but after grabbing a plateful I realized most everything was too hard and dry and cold. I left most of the plate. I thought I would try some other choices, but pretty much pans of food were mostly empty, shriveled, or dead. I complained to the waitress and so did the guy behind us. She said she would tell them. (Whomever they are) but no fresh food came out, I went to eating fruit. At that point they had removed all cold salads and such. Again I complained to a worker cleaning the buffet, by then 60% of thethe area less hot food pans were empty. Yet they were still open another hour. By the time I got the check I was very upset. I went to pay the bill and complained once more. They said I should come before 8 and I said because I only got 40% or less on the buffet, I want my billed reduced to 60 % off. They made every excuse imaginable why this was my fault, and after 15 minutes I had had enough and paid my $27 dollar bill and left, telling them I will not return EVER. They told me to have a good nite. Stay clear unless you like cold dry food and bad attitudes.

This was one of our favorite places for many years. Since moving out of the area we dont come often at all, but decided to stop the other day when we did happen to be around. The food is still really good, selection is great ..the atmosphere is horrible. Between the screaming kids, the pushy rude adults, the multiple people talking loudly on their phones, its really hard to even enjoy the food. Although I really did like this restaurant, i think it will be one to avoid in the future.

We just got back from a visit to China Buffet. The food was average at best. We could not say any item was great. The dumplings were the only thing I could say was good. Plenty of screaming kids and guests speaking on cell phones. The bathrooms were in terrible condition. Go to Lin Garden in Methuen along the Merrimack river instead. They have very good quality food and it costs less ($8.00). They close the buffet at 2:00 PM on weekdays. That was the only reason we went to China Buffet.

Went on Monday to meet friend and friend was already there. I was actually ignored 3X, by waiter. When waiting for drinks, we actually saw waiter taken selfies with friends, etc. Actually had to ask for my drink. I guess they only had one waiter working that section?? The food was very dry and the waiter ended up charging us for dinner meal, but shouldve been for lunch. Very slow on drinks for both parties...Will never go there again! I guess, dont go there on a Monday!

La comida fresca y caliente. Buena variedad de mariscos, carnes y postres. La unica critica que tengo es que el pulpo estaba muy duro, no lo pudimos comer. Pero lo demás me encantó. Lo recomiendo y seguro que volvería!

My server never refilled my drink or picked up used played. I had to hunt a waiter down to ask for a Refill and the check. Didnt enjoy eating with dirty plates in front of me. Horrible service. The food was for the most part cold except the rice, crab Rangoon, and chicken fingers. The rest was barley edible. The meatloaf tastes as if a whole carton of salt was blended in with the need. And the shrimp n fish were dry burnt and cold. Never again.

Very large, family-oriented and clean restaurant. Staff is friendly and food is very good. Have seen and gone to many celebrations here with friends and relatives. Highly recommended :)way better than Lawrence buffet ..let me tell you that place is dirty, décor is horrendous, food is terrible and limited(no sushi bar) and I am from there, ashamed. My 2 cents.

Food is alright. Not always fresh come dinner time. They dont have coconut shrimp and that makes them lose a star in itself. Bathrooms are usually gross and smell terrible. Food sometimes tastes like it wasnt washed. Water tastes unfiltered from the tap. The staff is usually friendly though and lunch is reasonably priced.

Do not go here, it will ruin your lunch, diner or else, Ive found a rubber band in the lomein, notified the manager and she do nothing about it, not even sorry, she just simply take that rubber band away, and disappear, the place was dirty and smell, i will never come back even if its free,...

Bruh...people in here look like a bunch of fu***** zombies walking around. Maybe its because of the poisonous food. Something about the food makes them addicts that mope around like zombies. Food is stale and off taste. Place should be called the grave yard or just shut down.

Congrats to China Buffet. They have step up the quality of the food and service, I give them a 2 1/2 stars, yes I click on 3 but its a 2 1/2. Food gotten better and service, the cleanes of the place looks descent, but overall they are moving in the right direction.

Good place to go. So many options. Nice staff and the environment is better than regular chinese restaurants. They have a sushi bar, serving different sushi, tasting fine, thats why I give 4 stars instead of 5. But anyway, I recommend this place, and will go back.

Nice food. Multiple choices. Tasty soups with noodles...More veggies, and interesting dessert. Restrooms need a closer look; highchairs for kids make parents conformable. My three years old twins are well and safely restrained...I love this place.

Something about their crab Rangoon has kept me coming back for years.. since they opened.. I loved even more when they opened their sushi bar, plus interesting dessert choices. The staff has always been friendly, especially at the register.

I paid my bill and never got my change back... I wouldve tipped the 10$ dollars that I was missing but they basically stole it... I didnt bother to ask for my change and left...I recommend to Pay your bill before you eat here...

The service was horrible the waitress never refilled the drinks. After the first plate she took my silver ware along withe plate. The food was horrible. The smell of the raw fish at the sushi bar!! It was awful. I regret it alot

Drove behind the mall by chance, and a cook was cleaning chicken on the electric transformer outside. Probably not a good idea since the temp was above 80 degrees! What else has been on that surface? Gross.

Went there for a family outing. The food was fresh and nothing seemed too old. The resturant it self was a bit dirty, the floors had left overs and trash every where. The service was mediocre at best.

Fine on a weekend or for lunch, when theres turnover, but not good on a weeknight. The usual buffet assortment, plus sushi. Everybody loves the crab legs (dine in only). Better variety than most.

I saw them put the broccoli back that my friend didnt eat and the waiter was extremely rude to my party noticed them muttering to themselves and pointing at our group very displeased
