First experience was great at Norwood,Ma,location. Second experience was at location,it was ok .Food was good,cooked to my liking,but you were out of peanuts and no one tried to bring out more or give some kind of substitution. The third time was last night,11/22/2013,table #411/1,server was Kathleen,check was printed at 10:22 PM,MC # 7340068. I ordered 16 oz ribeye Medium Rare,crispy fries and caesar salad.When the food came it was NY Strip not RIBEYE as I ordered,I ask Kathleen if this was ribeye or NY Strip. she said it was Ribeye.I told her that it was a ribeye it should be rounder,she said because the it was cut so the steak looks like that.I did not want to make a scene,so I ate it and sure enough THE STEAK WAS NOT AS TENDER AS RIBEYE .I like you to know that I worked several years in restaurants.I was your UNHAPPY GUEST. STOP TEACHING YOUR SERVER TO LIE,ACCEPT THE MISTAKE AND SAY SORRY.The logo on your staffs T Shirt should say I HATE MY JOB AND I HATE THE GUESTS AT THIS RESTAURANT.

If you are looking for a dark no-frills dive bar with pool tables and friendly patrons and staff this is your place. Dont come here for draft beers or craft brews for that matter. Come here to shoot pool on one of their 3 tables and drink bottles of the typical amber brews and relax with some friends. You wont be disappointed.
