TGI Fridays in Mansfield Crossing is a great place to bring the family to dine or meet your friends in the bar. Depending on the time of day you visit you can get seated right away or you will have to wait as it gets very busy around dinner time. My husband & I go to the Bar area to eat as it is usually less crowed and you are served fairly quickly by the experienced bar staff The food is moderately priced. I love the specials they have for the endless appetizers, for $12 you can order from a select list and eat to your hearts content for $12. They also have a monthly beer special for $3.00 (usually Bud light, Miller Light, Coors Light or a craft beer) and they do have drink specials. They have a great Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad and their Petite Steak is very tender. Since we eat at the bar, we have had no issues with the wait service, although when it is busy I can imagine the dining area o be slow, We have also have not had any real issues with the food, if we did, then it was quickly corrected. For an overall great dining experience that will not cost you an arm & a leg which is also kid friendly, I do recommend TGI Fridays in Mansfield

Last straw - every time we eat at this location - daughters loves Fridays - they skimp. This time, barbeque sauce instead of Hoisin and no Sriracha on Thai pork soft tacos as stated on the menu. Sent them back, just too sweet - when the manager brought them back (2 with Hoisin, 1 still with barbeque), he said the Sriracha was on the bottom - wasnt, not even the least bit spicy! Other locations seem more diligent, cant stand this one, almost always an issue.

There was a younger looking waitress tonight who had a huge group of young teenagers in a separate section from where I was sat tonight. They were terribly loud and disappeared without paying, without conveying to her that their parents at a separate table would be getting the bill. She handled it extremely professionally with a smile on her face, even though it was clear she was worried they had just left.

This place was enty!! We ask for the special beer on the menu. The waitress said they did not have any one of them because there were $3.00 and normally run out because everyone ask for them. She do the manager of this place use his brain to know if those are the big one EVERYONE ask for should know how to do his or her order their inventory!!! Really bad for them. And not a good job!!

Dinner was ok. Not worth the price. Ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp. Chicken was dry, like it was pre grilled then warmed up in a microwave. Shrimp was good but still had the tail on, which is hard to eat when its covered in red sauce. Excellent server. Very nice. Dinner was sub par though..

This Fridays used to be awesome, but the quality has gone way downhill. Service is way too slow even when the place is empty. Last time I went, my burger was cooked too well done. Otherwise, the food is good. They have some good beer on tap. And the atmosphere is still great.

1st less than 5 post. Normally Fridays is a 5 but this time a 4 because of a big delay in food. Manager made up for it with free dessert. Very nice. Effort was there execution was off. Will be back. Stuff happens. Food great.

Normally love it here, but we called ahed and were told they served food until 12:45. Drove 20 min only to have the manager and a host reject us at 12:30. No compensation or any more than a "yea sorry" was offered.

The wait to get your food from the kitchen took forever. By the time it arrives, the food is cold. It was not even busy, can not imagine if it was busy. Spend your hard earned money down the street at Long Horn.

I am leaving Fridays with an empty stomach. I waited over an hour for my entree and had to leave to bring my wife home her soup. Extremely disappointed in experience and more so with the managers attitude.

Food was fine. I ordered won of their "famous" strawberry lemonade slushies. Was more like a cup of poorly crushed ice with some strawberry lemonade. lemonade went quick and I am left with a cup of ice.

Service is very good, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. The endless appetizers seem like a good deal, but the portions were small, not up to temp, and they tasted more like food from a snack bar.

Went in to get lunch. There was no-one to seat me about 10 partys in the place and i could see no employees from the front. I left but fortunately for me there are plenty of places in the area to eat.

Moscato tastes great! Food has always been good.. nice bartender on right now, name is Stephen. Its good when you serve bartend yourself & see good people who know what to do & love what they do!

Only disappointed in the fact that the only person doing somthing tonight is a pregnant chick. Very nice woman deserves a raise. Manager dude needs to do somthing other than watch.

Food was good quality and came out fast. Our waitress was not nearly as attentive and our "endless apps" only ended up being two orders because the service was so slow.
