I want to like this place considering its really the only "wing" place in Mansfield, however, things get expensive real quick here, I have been here a few times with friends for various occassions and each time I end up spending over $30 and im not even full nor fully satisfied with my wing experience. The TVs all over the place are great and are in full HD, able to show the UFC live matches and always a hometown game on, as well as the table games and arcades they have are great for the kids and avid trivia or poker players. The beers are very expensive and the small order of wings could only satisfy a small childs appetite. If you step up to the larger meals, it ends up costing you an arm and a leg. In my opinion, if you want the best wings in the area, you must travel to Norton (about 3 miles away) to Wendells, although the service could be better, it is well worth the wait (oh and cash only). The other reason for the 3/5 rating is the noise level, which is a little lighter than going to an actual sporting event, to the point we need to shout across the table to be heard, not ideal for sure, maybe takeout would be a better option for those looking for a quick wing "fix".

We were promptly seated in the bar section of the restaurant by the hostess but it took over 5 minutes for our server to come over and take drink orders. She came back with drinks and we ordered. I ended up getting chicken tenders with a side salad. The food came out pretty quickly, but the chicken was horrible. It was super dry and pretty much all hardened batter with the tiniest pieces of chicken hidden deep down inside the coating. The salad was even worse. I understand that Buffalo Wild Wings is a place for chicken wings and the like, and that salad isnt probably a top seller. But this salad was just gross looking. The lettuce was wilted and just looked old. Once we finished our meals and we made it obvious that we were ready to go, it took a full 15 minutes for the server to come over to give us the bill. Other servers were whizzing around, but ours wasnt to be found. Its like she just completely forgot about us. Overall, the food wasnt that good and the service wasnt that good either. I dont think Id recommend this place or go back ever.

I dont believe in writing a review after a single visit as there are too many caveats involved. So this is after my tenth or so visit: The food is generally good, Ive never had overcooked wings. My only gripe is that they can be stingy with the sauce and you end up with half dry wings. Order them "extra wet" to avoid this. The staff are excellent in my opinion. I have never once gotten a rude or sarcastic or otherwise unpleasant server or bartender. The price is about high average. You may not like paying as much as the wings cost but you have to factor in transportation and employee salary costs. The atmosphere is outstanding if you are a sports fan. If you arent get there when the place first opens and youll enjoy yourself much more. Its very laid back and comfortable. 4 of 5 stars for BDubs Mansfield.

Not worth it. Everyone that works here is under 25 with very little work experience. Staff spends more time talking among themselves rather than waiting on you. All variety of wings and sauces BUT be very careful...they may not be cooked all the way through or cold in the middle. Seems they must pre-make them up and place under heat lamp until you order. Stay away from the desserts...just a waste...very tiny portions....AND no coffee is served what so ever! Although this is a chain I suggest the 99 or Jake n Joes which is down the road. I will be surprised if this lasts another year.

I went here on a Thursday night with a couple of pals to enjoy the 50% off wings. Once you walk in, it is clear that the place was a sports bar, lots of TVs and objects on the walls that support that. Although it is a little loud, it is a nice atmosphere. Once we were seated and ready to order it was clear that service wasnt a strong suit. Ok top of that the wings were no better than lack luster. Lots of dough and little chicken. The drinks were nice but, overall it is okay AT BEST.

Great food, however service at this particular location is very slow. And its a reoccurring thing only at this location. Im a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, I also travel a lot so usually when Im traveling and I find one I eat there. And the service is always great at other locations but for whatever reason service is always very slow. And its too bad cause the food is awesome! Faster service=5 stars

Wouldnt even honor coupons on their website even though it states good til 8/31/17 AND doesnt specify that its available and selected locations. Also, the manager was not aware of some of their offers thats advertised. I will try the location in Attleboro hopefully the service there is better and the manager knows the store policies. Failed in the customer service department.

The wings here are overrated. Why is this place popular? Maybe because they have a lot of TVs and a few beers on tap? They want you to think "this is THE place to go watch the game with the boys". Well, its not. The food is subpar. There are so many other place to go that have better food, the same beers, and TVs to watch a game.

Bartender is not actually a bartender...Mansfield location does not cater to kids. Son wanted milk...they didnt have that available. Avoid at all costs around 4 PM. They open earlier but dont truly open till dinner time. Tried a few times now...same poor service late afternoon...stealing money from people at lunchtime!

It was very crowded, however we were able to get seated almost immediately. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and our drinks and orders came out correctly and in a prompt manner. The only point I would have to list as detracting would be the noise level, but I suppose thats to be expected in a sports bar/grill.

How has this place stayed in business? The food was terrible, My food was about 15min late. (I ordered from their website) There was not a single word of apology. They boil their wings at some point in the process which kills the flavor. I wouldnt eat there again if I were paid to.
