I had the shittiest experience at Panera bread. I was extremely disappointed when I ordered a small Mac and cheese and I was told there was no bread. Wtf its called Panera bread wtf. Then when I watched other customers ordering sandwiches with BREAD I asked the lady at the cashier for bread and she said there is no bread again. I didnt like being lied to. But when I was waiting for my Mac and cheese, (growing more impatient and aggravated as it took my Mac and cheese 25 min to be made) I looked behind the counter and saw tons of bread wtf. Then when I finally got my Mac and cheese I was extremely disappointed (again) when it was a weak ass amount of Mac and cheese. Terrible experience do not recommend

There are no real vegan options at any Panera bread locations. No vegan cheese, no coconut milk, no coconut butter and other options. Let alone plant based meat or organic, non-GMO certified fruits, legumes and vegetable. . Soon there will be restaurants in this area who will offer food the way it was meant to be. That day will the last day Panera bread will have a chance to earn my business! BTW $10 for a bow of salad and a Mediterranean sandwich is a bit too much. The only star Panera bread deserves goes to their employees who do the best they can with the very little they have in hands... Speaking of employees, do they all make at least $15? They should because this is an expensive place to eat!

The food here is as expected, standard and delicious Panera fare, and they made my sandwiches exactly as asked and because of dietary restriction thats the most important thing. The last few times my sides were either forgotten or mixed up and I didnt notice until on the road again, so I recommend checking your to-go bag at the counter before leaving. The staff are attentive and helpful.

I consider Panera to be at its core a coffee shop...with great additional food choices. Its difficult for me to believe how often I go the Newton Centre Panera and find they dont have coffee ready for their customers. Often I can get my food, finish eating it, and still not have my coffee.

A very nice, very upscale-feeling Panera. Theyve recently had the manager standing by the food pickup to make sure everyone is happy, which is nice. Only downside is that, even though its quite big, it can be packed at lunch or when the local schools get out.

The woman preparing the sandwiches didnt even look at what she was making. I asked for spinach and she put the raw spinach on the sandwich, I asked could she cook it and she put it back on the grill and completely burnt the bread. Completely black

Saturday afternoon around 3:00 pm. I ordered a latte and other items. I waited and waited for the coffee, finally I had to ask someone to do itd or me. The place is not busy at all at this time. The service is terrible at this location.
