I liked these guys when I first went there. One of the guys who works there keeps cracking jokes at my expense-hes done it a few times and hes not being funny-hes making fun of me. He just takes jabs when I try to be genuine and ask questions. You are either in their elitist pack or you are a punchline and a mark. I paid him for labor and he did a mediocre job-way below his ability. When I showed him what was wrong he said it was not a problem. But it is. The gears now skip and they did not before. He told me to buy a 7. I admired their bikes and told them they were out of my price-range. Since then a few of the staff - not all - but he most of all - are not very pleasant when I grab coffee and work there. Ive heard them speak poorly of others who just use the cafe and dont ride their Rapha and Seven gear but ask them bike questions. They should lose the cafe if they want to be snobs. They are snobs. Great cold brew coffee-someone should copy the recipe and give it to the yogurt shop next door. When rich folks from town come they have a totally different persona. Kinda sick honestly. I have not been picked on by a place where I spend money. Weird dude.

The Ride Studio Café is a great place to hang out, talk bikes, meet friendly fellow bike and coffee enthusiasts and enjoy some of the best coffee in the greater Boston area. As you can see, I am biased. I love the place as I have seen the great impact they have had in building a welcoming biking community during the past few years. I would suggest you try out their lattes, drip coffee or iced mocha (in the summertime). If you are a bike enthusiast visit early Sat or Sun morning and join a ride. If what you prefer is a more easy going ambiance choose a day during the week as the bikers are not there yet. If youre running for your next meeting you might want to visit the RSC at a time when you can sit down, grab a magazine and wait a while for your coffee to be served. Itll be worth it.

Worst dentists office ever. If theyre charging 3.50 for a cup of coffee, I dont even want to hear what theyd charge you for a filling. I honestly have to assume they offer fillings and cleanings based on all the 4k road bikes left outside (thieves, take note!). Snobby bike shop with expensive coffee and snobby staff. Come here if you wipe your ass with Rapha artisan toilet paper but stay away if youre a filthy poseur who doesnt even use EPO. I came here to see if a mechanic could help me with a small technical issue while out riding (he couldnt) after having to practically fight to get his attention over the DDS ride club. It took him about 30 minutes to figure out he couldnt help me with a problem that was fixed with a new 5mm bolt and nut when I got home.

Best idea for a bike shop ever. I stop here at the end of my rides, but I also come here during the week to relax and get a little extra work done. Friendly staff on both the bike side and coffee bar side. At some shops, your bike might be serviced by anyone with a wrench in their hand. At RSC, all of the mechanics are experts in their craft. I would trust my bike with any of them. Because of the care and craftsmanship that goes into the preparation of each cup of coffee, it does take a little longer than, say, Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks, but the coffee is superior and worth the wait. (If you are in a rush, try the cold brew.)

Ride Studio Cafe is a very beautiful place. Nice, open space with high ceilings, good size bar that flaunts a La Marzocco GB5 in the middle, and an inviting table in the middle with a good selection of bike-forward literature. On the bike side of things, this shop is a Seven Cycles dealer - the local superstar maker of custom bikes - something good to know. The coffee is fantastic and the staff are friendly. Ill definitely come back soon. If youre riding on the Minuteman path, you should definitely stop by, its only about a block or two from the Fletcher ave. exit.

Bike shop. Cafe. Meeting spot. Local hidden gem. You would never know it walking in, that this small bike shop has one of the best coffee games not only in the sleepy town of Lexington, but all of Boston! Rotating espresso picks from local roasters, perfect pour over, and dont get me started on the breakfast options - Usually 2-3 types of oatmeal, pastries from Iggys, yogurt from Sophias. Can I give 6 stars?

RSC is special - they know and love bikes. And they treat everyone with respect - whether youre an accomplished rider, a commuter, or a beginner. Rob, Patria, and the rest of the staff are totally customer-focused and want to make sure you get the best possible ride. Theyll support you all the way from fixing a wheel to building you a custom bike that youll ride forever. And the coffees pretty great, too.

I only come to the area once a year but Ride Studio Cafe has held up to my memory of great cappuccino and excellent pastries yet again. I love a place where I can bring my bike inside and no one looks at me like Im a savage for bringing it in off the street. I havent needed much in the way of bike merchandise on my travels but I enjoy looking at the titanium bikes they have for sale in the shop.

Easily the best coffee in Lexington, with a friendly and helpful staff (and a lot of high-quality, but expensive, biking gear). It may seem a bit intimidating to drink coffee in a bike store, but the atmosphere is very congenial. Bonus: its definitely not full of noisy kids from the high school drinking pumpkin spice lattes.

I like this cafe. Service is slow so be ready to wait. They havent nailed down the order pay process and sometimes this can be confusing to the customers. I like places that set expectations, this way customer knows where they stand in relation to getting their order.

Great bike shop and great coffee shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Forgot my wallet when on a very cold and rainy bike ride and they allowed me to come back and pay for my coffee. They also do a lot of large group rides on the weekends and some during the week.

RSC is a great establishment. A shop that focuses on organizing and hosting wonderful events far more than pushing product. Still, wonderful selection of high quality items. Great service staff and a great place to grab a bite or a cup of joe before a ride.

While I did not do anything with bikes in my visit, I did get an ice chai, while sampling my brothers coffee and moms tea. The ice chai was excellent, and the Scarlet roobies tea was great. The coffee was good, though rather hot.

Love the coffee. Seating outside but can be a bit noisy as its right by the road with traffic, trucks and buses going by. Inside fumes from whatever they are using to fix bikes can be a little smelly, but worth it for the coffee.
