They took away the cozy seating. Front glassed area is chilly and the school style wooden seats dont help. 50% $ refill within an hour of last receipt would keep people buying. They make mini study spots and remain for hours having purchased one tiny thing. Food a bit $ but free parking offsets that in a town where they screw you for patronizing the local shops by issuing tickets for unpaid meters. Chatham MA. No meters. No time limit. Parking ALL OVER TOWN. I park, walk and shop/spend the day. $20 easy. Savannah GA. That Panera has the good chairs, the view of the towns happening on a great corner and the staff is fun. Spend 2 weeks in Savannah on a contract job and are there 4-7 times. This place needs some oomph to keep it competitive & in your mind. More recognition of customers. Random cookie inclusion for ppl. Make em feel appreciated.

This Panerai sucks. Everything I come in they have zero souffles and no desire what so ever to make anymore. If they are always out, obviously customers like them. Whats sad is they are out at 9 am on a Sunday morning and they say they wont make anymore. Hello...this is a breakfast food and its 9am! I get no apologies when they say they are out and wont make anym5. Totally done with this store. Honestly, I wouldnt even give them one star...

One of the more busy Paneras Ive been to, but thats to be expected in the middle of Lexington town center (probably doesnt help that we always stop by on a weekend around lunchtime). As good as typical Panera food (which Im a fan of). They have online and kiosk ordering, which means you dont have to spend time standing in line. Though busy, Ive always been able to find a table to sit at. Plus, theres outdoor seating!

This location really needs a helping hand. The food quality is low- soggy, over cooked or under heated. Inconsistent overall. The staff are generally rude and seem bored. They were out of key items. My salad had plastic bag pieces in it. All the tables were dirty, as was the floor. The trash and dirty dish area was overflowing. Ive given this location 3 chances and wont be returning.

I never feel great after a meal at Panera. not sure why. the kids always want the mac and cheese and its always soggy and over cooked. the super sweet yogurt tube should just be removed. its not a healthy choice. the salads are over dressed. the muffins are ok. but after many tries we are taking a break.

Ventured out despite the terrible weather. Although there was a kid whose job it was just to check my order, I got back to office with a salad with no dressing. Not the end of the world but not impressed at all either. I dont go often and now Ill go even less. Off to eat my dry salad now.

Their food and service are great! The only problem is the location; its right on the corner of a busy intersection so there are a lot of people honking horns and yelling on the street. Other than that, the place is excellent.
