Sweet corner store complete with a great variety of sandwiches and a full coffee bar. My favorite is the vegetarian BLT & the honey latte. They pack a lot of groceries into a relatively tiny space and you pay a minor mark-up for the convenience but when you got a 8:30pm craving for ice cream, its worth it. Staff is eccentric, fun, and nice. Only real bummer is that they dont carry beer or wine but thats my only whine.

"Little" City Feed is our neighborhood coffee shop and organic food mini mart. They brew delicious Fair Trade coffee and their espresso drinks are the nicest tasting in Jamaica Plain. Their baked goods come from local bakeries and their housemade sandwiches are also available as salads, that is with the fillings off the bread and on lettuce greens. The store is a real asset to the community!

They have great stuff but its very expensive. I have learned to always check the price of things before I got to the counter. I once paid $9 for a package of hot dogs - I know they were organic turkey ones, but Ive gotten the same brand for much cheaper at other places. I realize the convenience of having such great products close to home, but sometimes I just cant afford it.

I ordered a soy coconut mocha and an oatmeal raisin cookee. The staff were helpful and attentive. Ive had only fair luck ordering soy drinks in most places. They did very well, and made a delightful drink. The place is tiny and simple in decor, so it wouldnt be a great place for meeting a date, or hanging out for much time. However, they make good coffee and tasty food.

This place sold me on the neighborhood....I think I bought a week later--a condo that is! I continue to buy sandwiches there and take visitors for a little local flavor. There is also a larger shop in the center of JP right on Centre Street, but this is the original location!

Excellent service! There was a really long line that I would expect to take 10 min, and I was out of there in just 5. Coffee is delicious, bagels are good but could use more cream cheese ;)

The original location. Small, local, fresh and not as well know as its larger sister location on Centre St. Sandwiches and coffee are well done and the local fresh produce and eggs are nice

We call this place "Little Feed" - the main (new) City Feeds little sibling. Its handy to have around but not quite as clean as the younger bigger brother.

"Little" City Feed is a hopping spot for coffee and sandwiches. Everyone inside is always cheerful and warm. Love having it around the corner.

This great little shop has good sandwiches, friendly staff, and enough eco-friendly supplies to dramatically extend the time between trips.

A neighborhood anchor. Has a little bit of everything for the stomach and soul, come here for good feels and to see what JP is all about.

The convenience store has a lot of offerings most places would not. Lots of produce and healthy food options.

A great grocery store, deli and purveyor of fine espresso drinks all crammed together into one little place.

Selection of great pastry and non traditional things to consume either by liquids or foods

It is nice to have in the neighborhood but it is really small and of limited usefulness.
