As always when ever on break this is not the best place to go for your meal if you have a short time to get your food. Typically at another sandwich place the amount of time that it takes to make a sandwich is really bizarre the system they have in place doesnt serve them well on peak time. Would rate 5 stars if they simply followed a more traditional way of getting your sandwich done especially for local employees at the row.

The food was quite tasty, but their strange system of ordering/ preparing/ and serving just does not work. If you are going to take a long time to make sandwiches, then the setting must be relaxed and inviting. This places is cramped and awkward AND takes a very long time. Maybe if there is no one else in line ahead of you, you will have a nice time getting some tasty food.

Best sandwich place I have ever been. I was amazed by the way their system works. I would much love marking what I want in my sandwich rather than shouting to the person behind the counter who is often unable to hear what I say..so this system is perfect for people like me. I wish there were more of these in Boston.

I cant get enough of this place. Every sandwich Ive had has been excellent. I guess I pick the right ingredients :-) So the concept is you walk in, grab the appropriate sandwich bag based on the type of sandwich you want (beef, turkey, ham, etc) and then customize it with a sharpie on the bag.

I went in there my first time and it was wonderful! The place is small, but in a cute way. Customer service was excellent and the sandwich was amazing. Definitely a recommendation to those who are considering going there and I will for sure eat there again.

Hotwhich is never hot. The chicken is sliced deli chicken. You pay too much for a bad sandwich. I used to love this place but they rush making the food, but customers wait a long time for the sandwich to be deliebered to them

As Im sure youll read the way that you order a sandwich is not great. If you havent visited before it can be overwhelming especially since the joint is so small. Otherwise the food is good and the vibe is pretty chill

Seating area too small. Sandwiches are poorly made (condiments not evenly spread, food spoiling out of sandwiches onto pants/floor, etc). Staff is friendly.
