Just as another user mentioned this is a glorified Quiznos. The "wreck" sandwich I did have was pretty good and the choice of beverages are pretty good. However, the staff does not know how to use the cash registers. I asked for my receipt when I looked it over that they charged me for xtra bacon when I never ordered it. They tried to correct it and credit back my card. I checked my card statement and was never credited back the amount. I just wish they were more on top of their game.

Food here has always been great. No issues at all. Workers in there seem to enjoy their job. I change it up here and there to see what else I might like but I always seem to go back to the Chicken Salad and Italian sub. Parking isnt cheap if you cannot find street parking. There is a garage a could of store fronts away. But its not cheap. Nice place to visit if your walking in town or in the area.

I was really excited for this place and went one day for lunch during work. It was busy, which is always good to see, but my roast beef sandwich was so mediocre and hardly toasted. I like that they offer cookies and milkshakes on the menu (my friends vanilla shake was pretty good), but honestly the whole place was just a glorified Quiznos. I doubt Ill be back.

I only ever order one thing here, and its all Ill ever need: a turkey and swiss on wheat, toasted, with lettuce, onion and hot peppers and a side of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. If Im grumpy, sleepy, dopey or any of the other Seven Dwarves, Potbellys sets me straight. Bonus points for the cozy interior, cheerful staff and excellent potato chips.

Went to Potbellys for years when I lived in D.C. Glad it finally found its way to Boston. Had a good old wreck on wheat last night and loved it. The service was great, the place was spotless, and the sandwich was delicious—not overly huge, but filling. The cookies and milkshakes are also great, so its definitely worth checking out.

I go here all the time for my lunch break. their food is awesome and their staff is amazing as well as accommodating, they go above and beyond to provide great service. They also allow local artists to play their music inside the shop, which makes for a unique atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out.

I love this place. The staff are the nicest staff Ive ever seen! I always order the roast beef sandwich & its just perfect every time. The ingredients are fresh & the prices are reasonable. They also have live performance (sometimes) during lunch at this location.

I just got a tuna fish sandwich delivered with an order my office placed and theres about a tablespoon of tuna fish in it. I basically have a lettuce and tomato sandwich with just a hint of tuna. Never ordering from there again!

The service was great, the food was good, the price was OK...But the 6 " sub was a 6 " sub!! When I go out to eat..that means Im hungry. ..when I leave an establishment like this ...I shouldnt still be hungry

This Potbelly is always busy but they move the line quickly. Great for a quick lunch. The toasted sandwiches are satisfying. I love getting a malt, something you dont see everywhere.

Free WiFi (though a bit slow), decent sandwiches at a decent price. The service is slow even when theres no other customers, so dont expect Subway/Jimmy Johns speed.
