Wasnt too impressed. Ordering was confusing, employees were more concerned with chatting to each other than paying attention to customers. They got my order wrong although it was clearly marked on the bag. Although I had gotten double meat and extra bacon it was no difference from my the amount in my bfs order (same sandwich). Heated was like it was just stuck in a microwave. I can get a better sandwich at Subway, toasted for much less money. Watch the * on the bags... Youll get charged more for those. After the whole spiel the employee gave us as we were new customers I understood her bad English as any add ons checked on the bag were free. Wont bother going back any time soon.

The sandwich wasnt too bad, but it didnt compare whatsoever to the picture presentation. I ordered a simple Reuben from the faves menu, but I was honestly expecting more sauerkraut (as pictured). I was barely given a slathering. Though they were generous with the corned beef, it just wasnt the same without the shelter to balance the flavor. I would try them again, but Id get a different sandwich and hope for the best. Ordering was simple by checking off the appropriate box on a brown bag indicating which sandwich i wanted. Not a bad overall place for a quick bite.

I got a buffalo chicken sandwich, and it was good. The chicken was sliced thin, and it had some kick to it, but not too much. They have an interesting ordering system where you take a bag and check off the ingredients you want in your sandwich. They then take that and use it to customize your sandwich to your liking.

Sandwiches are great and the prices are reasonable. I really liked the bread and the veggies seemed fresh. The customizability of the sandwiches was great as well. Took one star away because it seems they use deli sliced chicken instead of fresh grilled chicken.

Like this idea of ordering by marking the sandwich bag. Also, good selection. But my turkey club was very average-bacon was old. Also, the offer cheese steaks, but I didnt see a grill. Dangelos is much better for the same price.

The sandwiches are delicious and the staff is excellent! Our cashier was courteous and helped us navigate the menu. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommended :)
