I had a HORRIBLE experience today and we never even received food because someone named Robert declined to deliver to my workplace...let me tell you my side of the story, ....I order from here regularly for my employer, who left the choice to me & River Grille has always been convenient, efficient and everyone seemed very happy with the food and people/delivery. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day...but today, I wanted to order for myself, I was alone in the office. When I asked the girl, who answered the phone and took my order & payment, if my credit card info would be saved she was very unsure so I asked for the manager. Tania got on the phone and seemed offended that I asked her name and how to spell it correctly.... I always do this with any professional I call,. force of habit, but she seemed quite annoyed by that. I asked her if the credit card info would be saved (simply because I did not want an entire office order ending up on my card in the future, I just could not afford that). Tania said my number would not be saved and that the credit card they had on file ending in **** was all that was saved. I said "but that is my number & I thought the info was not saved?" and then out of nowhere she is gone and someone named ROBERT (I do not know who he was, owner?, I do not know, he didnt say he just started hollering at me) got on the phone and SCREAMED at me that I asked too many questions and he was going to "cancel my order and cancel my credit card and he was not going to deliver anything" because I asked "too many questions" and "we explained this all to you already more than once".....I was so aghast I did not know what to say, the whole experience left me, literally, in tears... I did call back and apologized to Tania if she thought I was rude in any way. I expected someone might call back with a cooler head but no one called me back. We have ordered here for YEARS............... I work in customer service/relations etc...I am not sure what I did wrong here, I was just concerned about my credit card info over the phone and now I am somehow BANNED...WEIRDEST experience of my life!!!

For the first time ever since I have been ordering from River Grille, this is the first time I have received bad service. Not only was the service off, the food was way off, also. I ordered a turkey club . When I received the first sandwich, it was a turkey sandwich, not a club. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was a little rude. When the manager delivered the correct sandwich, and all the complaints were aired, she was less than apologetic and quite rude. I think it will be a while before I order from them any time soon.

The person who takes the orders on the phone is rude. She quoted the wrong price for our food, and when we attempted to correct her she got an attitude. The delivery guy never rings the right doorbell or calls to notify us when hes at the door like hes instructed to do. Its like he totally does his own thing but expects a tip on demand whether or not the service is up to par. The food is just alright and is not worth the aggravation and so I think I am done with ordering food from this place.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FOOD AND THEN WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER, I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 8 MINUTES. THE MANAGER COULD NOT HELP ME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO RETURN THE FOOD, THAT I ALREADY THREW IN THE TRASH. I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN GET A $2 CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT WHEN I PAID $10 FOR FOOD THAT I DID NOT EVEN ORDER!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS, TERRIBLE FOOD. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AND I WONT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

We come to this place every Saturday because the food is amazing! The owners and everyone who works there are so welcoming and nice. It has become a regular spot. Their fried chicken tenders are incredible, I havent had anything close to how good these are, each tender is bigger than my hand, seasoned perfectly, and you get 2 sides (mac and cheese and rice are our favorite!!) The meals are huge, we always leave full and happy!

We went here based the 4.3 Google stars. Food was just not good. Fish and chips platter appeared to be from the freezer of a grocery store. Pizza was unimpressive, also possibly frozen. New England clam chowder came out scorched in a disposable microwave container. Did not finish macaroni and cheese because it was just not good. These out of towners left disappointed.

For customer service went there for the first time and a lady not sure if she was the manager short hair glasses was very nasty waited 20 for a steak and cheese i told the lady nicely can u check on my steak and cheese im in a little rush and she replied very rude if i was in a rush i should called she was very rude and nasty about it..

Their food is good, however if you like your chicken broccoli ziti with the mozzarella cheese throughly in your pasta this is not the place for it ... Ive ordered the ziti with extra mozzarella cheese so many times and they ignore my request but of course are sure to charge me for the extra cheese.

This is my first time ordering moqueta baiana. It was amazing. Delicious, flavorful. My family and I really recommend this place. Clean, nice staff and great food. The chef even came to our table to ask how was everything. We really enjoyed the time there. We definitely will be back.

They gave me 2 thin slices of turkey meat in my wrap with like for tiny cuts of tomato bits and stuffed it with lettuce in charge me 10 bucks for it. food in general is just skimpy not flavorful and low-quality. It has fallen so far from what it used to be when it first got started

My girl and I order the buffalo tender calzone here all the time and its the bomb. This time we ordered the wing ding dinner with the mango habanero sauce and it was off the chain. This place has some good food and we highly recommend it.
